Very quick rounds both way - just a tad worried about car being outside but never had issues the 4 times we've used Imagine, booking again in September :-) Cheers!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the service was very efficient. Very good value for money and excellent location as close to airport.

Car Park sited close to airport, so collection and movement very good. Difficult to spot the car park from the road as it is on an industrial estate. Better signs would help here. Otherwise Imagine offered the best value for money.

Bit of difficulty finding the place, otherwise First class service. Picked us up on return with in 5 minutes.

Little hard to find, but a couple of drives up and down the duel carriage way it was easlily found! friendly staff, transfers brilliant very friendly and quick, great value for money.

This car park is so near to the airport. It is great value for money and the service was excellent. It could benefit from a better sign from the main road - a little difficult to find.

have used this company twice before. great value for money and only a minute or two from airport. car was parked for us and ready for our return. driver helped with suitcases being lifted into the minibus, driver also very cheery and helpful. cant fault the service, location, or value for money.

I wasn't happy with the signs to find the car park, couldn't find it and got too worried to miss my flight, gave up and paid twice, so it cost me a lot to leave my car at the airport. It was very difficult to get any help, not even a number to call asking for help. Maybe that could get improved. Maybe it was my fault not finding it and I missed the signs for it? Please improve the signs for it and maybe give the customers a number to call in case they struggle.

Instructions need updating. Right turn on approach to airport is now blocked and you need to go down to the roundabout, return on the northbound carriageway and turn left into parking.

The car park was easy to find and although there was no-one on duty there when we arrived, a staff member arrived within a couple of minutes. The transfer to the terminal was quick and easy, and the return journey was just as simple - we phoned from baggage control and the minibus was outside the terminal a minute or two after we emerged. I would recommend the service and would use it again.

I was a little worried about using the facility and internet to book on line etc. However, the company and the whole experience of park and fly was very worth while and reasurring. I could not have asked for more they were proffesional, prompt and polite. Well done to all at Imagine Car Parking and thank you.I will use you again when i next fly from Liverpool.

Very convenient for John Lennon Airport, directons were excellent, but because it was 5:00am and very few people around, it could have done with a larger sign on the building, we were not sure it was the right place as the shutter was down and it looked deserted!

I will never use car park again, rude staff, disorganized, unprofessional. This was cheap and I believe you get what you pay for so I'll definitely be paying more next time. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
