Again and as usual nothing bad to report, always looked after briliiantly and no issues at all - well done again to Imagine, my 1st choice always. Best prices also!!

Liverpool airport parking is overall both insecure and relative to Manchester airport, expensive. This is most annoying because Ryanair and Easyjet mainly operate at Liverpool. The car parking is dearer than the flight. Our experience of Imagine, was very good. The staff were efficient, the pick and drop off was prompt, the car was initially secured under cover, being moved out later. Security is shared with rental and other car park companies in an enclosure, however, this is not manned but depends upon the busyness of each of those companies. It's as secure as Liverpool gets and in that context is OK. Overall Good.

Close to airport, easy to find, value for money, cheerful attendants, will defo use Imagine Car Parking again when we go away later in the year.

The staff were really efficient, we were parked up, checked in and at the airport terminal all within 5 minutes and it was the same on the return, how about that for service. Highly reccomended

The only thing that caused us problems was the directions. Having never used Liverpool airport before we were not familiar with the layout, and it would have been helpful if the directions had said that the entrance to Imagine was on the other side of the dual carraigeway and required us to go round the roundabout and come back on yourself - we were expecting it to be on a road without a barrier down the middle, so by the time we realised we 'couldn't find it' we were taking a turn into the large open air carpark by the airport and caused chaos whilst trying to turn round in a one way system before we got pushed into the car park, and then after that we got tangled in the airport pick up area before we found somebody to ask. We did ring Imagine but clearly the driver was busy and not at the phone to be able to answer at that point (he did phone us back but it was after we had checked in - it was 04.30hours).

first time using any aiport carpark was good and speedy transfers .would use again

First time we have left car at Airport whilst on Holiday, we would not hesitate to use Imagine Car Parking Again and would highly recommend them for their friendly, efficient service.

You couldn't get closer to the airport unless you parked in the airport!

Very happy with Imagine car parking - couldnt believe how close you were to the airport. It was quick and easy and I felt like my car would be in safe hands, especially with the massive guard dog you have, I am sure he is friendlier then he looks ;) very punctual on the way home too and nice comfy transport to be transported in thanks again

Good value for money althought there is limited parking outside and some parking spots are on the road side althought the inside parking is very good. Shuttle service was fast. No problems.

This was a value for money booking. Good transfers with good transport.Did what it said on the tin.As others have said,entrance not marked very clearly. This needs to be addressed.Overall ,very satisfactory.

Everything went very well even though we arrived at 5 in the morning and home at midnight. The staff, location to airport,efficiency and price were unbeatable. Iwould defo reccommend Imagine to anyone cosidering parking at Liverpool Airport.

very good service on arriving papers sorted I was on the transfer bus wihin 5 mins and when I returned the transfer bus was there within 10 mins and I was off diving my car home which was quicker then trying to find it in the long stay car park which at 1.30am was very good news seeing I was traveling alone.

Friendly staff, quick transfer to and from - good value for money!! Have used imagine twice now - no hesitation to use them again!

After struggling to actually find the sign 'Imagine car park' I telephoned and was told that it was called a different name like 'Q-park' 'Quick stop' or Quick park' or something like that - cannot recall exactly, think the sign should actiually read 'Imagine car park' as this is what my documentation said. otherwise it was fine, directions over the phone when couldnt find it were perfect. thanks

had to wait a few minutes but the transfers were quick very satisfied THANKS

Promt service when we arrived,car securly parked plenty lighting on car park.On return collected on time no prblem with car. well done Liverpool car park.
