I would recommend imagine car parks! Our flight was cancelled until the following day and said it was no problem for the car to stay there. Excellent and would use again!

In the information sent with booking confirmation details it states that Imagine car parking is on the right before the airport. This is true but there are no signs until you have turned in to the parking area. As it is off a busy road it made it difficult to access. We went past it several times and went through the short stay car park before stopping at another car park to ask for directions.

driver could be more sedate. But saying that didn't have to wait long to be picked up. Very frosty night, car could have been left inside so wouldn't have had to wait to clear windows.

we have never had to wait more than a few minutes to be taken to or from the airport, even when very late back because of delays with the flight

drop off and pick up all an time. very good value, will be useing this company again.

as above,excellent and good value.The company was so close to John Lennon aiport in liverpool,and the transfers were quick and immediate,Thanks imagine.

Very smooth transfer to/from the Airport,even after a Flight delay on return journey.We were on our way home 15 minutes after clearing Customs.

We have used many carparks.Manchester, Birmingham, EastMidlands,this is the first time ever we did not have to wait We will be BACK!!!!

I have used imagine twice this year,and will continue.They are cheap,friendly and the main thing me care is well looked after.

The transfers to and from the terminal building were very fast, did not have to wait long at all. Have used this car park on a previous occasion and will use again. Had no problems at all.

This is the second time I have used Imagine Car Park they are very close to the airport & very quick at getting you there & picking you up. And the car was well looked after.

this is the first time we have used this car park,usually go to in2.Would definately use this one again.The lad that booked us in and took us to the airport was lovely and very friendly, can't remember his name, think it was Tom.The location of the car park is perfect. 2 or 3 mins and your there at the airport

The car park itself was fine,outside was on tarmac inside was large,clean,well lit with good security.Better roadside signs would be helpfull as we missed the entrance! Also the staff would benefit from some customer interaction training as we found them offhand.The location and price of this car park made it a good choice we will use it again.

First time we have used Imagine. Easy to find, good location close to the airport and all transfers went like clockwork. Would definitely use them again

Everything is fine, except they should review their directions .. it would be easy to make it more obvious where the park is for first time customers ...and that you have to go up, round the roudnabout and back down the dual carriageway to access their drive it isn't so easy to see in the rain and dark ..

The service was good. The car park was handy to the airport and we did not have to wait long for the pick up.

Excellent service. Just one gripe that the staff were friendly but it would have been nice if they offered to help with the cases.

Imagine was not provided with our booking so we had to phone home and get my son to open personal email to obtain ref. number. Imagine was great and was taking our car in anyway. Please save this stress in future

Good value for money - staff were helpful, car park was also close enough to walk to if necessary. Shuttle service was excellent. Fully reccomended.
