Quick service at drop off, almost immediate transfer to the airport, very reasonably priced, friendly staff and very simple collection. Will definately use this car park again.

What is there to say about a car parking expereince? It does what it says on the tin

Arrived at 4.45a.m to an unattended site. Some information on the office would have helped saying that the one man in charge was on a transfer run to the terminal. Park is only five minute walk to terminal. We didn't use the transfer bus. For the price (£3/day - outdoor) - would use again.

Although the car park was quite easy to miss because there is no obvious sign for it, once we arrived the service was brilliant. We were told to put our bags in the minibus and leave our car keys with them, we were then taken straight to the airpark and given a mobile number to ring on our return to Liverpool. On arriving back at Liverpool, we rang the number, the minibus arrived after about five minutes and took us back to our car. Our car had been parked indoors and was ready and waiting for us. Well worth the money and the service was very efficient.

We were very happy with Imagine Car parking. However, signs to find it need to be clearer. There was only one small sign at the side of the road - on opposite side to approach to airport. Also although service was fine, found person on duty (late evening 22/10 and early morning 30/10)both going and returning quite taciturn. Virtually nothing was said, no comments made. felt uncomfortable. Did not open the sliding doors - left us to that. Just did not match up to the experience at other airport parking lots. Still conenient and good value

very good service but it would have helped if driver had helped with case when at airport Had to struggle with my young dahghter to get case off van

Parking here is really straighforward and very good value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful dropped me off immediately and picked me up within minutes of landing. It's right next to the Airport however, I missed the signs for the carpark itself as it was dark (you need to go around the roundabout as you get to the Airport and go back on the Duel carriageway, it's then on the left hand side). Will definitely use them again.

We were treated like people ,not cattle. Much better than others nearby !!

Had a slight issue retrieving my car but this was dealt with in a friendly manner without too much hassle.

Very close to airport, personal service from staff on site. I felt we were well looked after.

A very efficient and quick service. Just a couple of minutes from the airport and the service was extremely quick. Within 5 minutes I had checked my car in and within 10 minutes from arriving I was at the airport. Same efficient response on return - Phoned the Company as soon as I was in arrivals area and transport arrived within 5 minutes. If I had phoned from the baggage area they would have been waiting on me, plus a very good price.

please get a new sign. Not easy to find without one. Great service, staff very helpful.
