Despite our early 5 am arrival we were cordially greeted, rapidly processed, and soon on our way to the airport a shirt bos ride awau. We were met as soon as we left the airport building on our return a great service.

Almost on Liverpool Airport. Parked car and put bags into the minibus and away--Quick and painless.

Great service, quick transfers (although walkable distance to the airport anyway if necessary) and friendly staff. Would definitely use again and recommend to others. You also have the option of keeping your car keys if you park in the compound rather than inside.

It would have helped if the road to Imagine had been more clearly marked. In the future I would know it's the turning with the cafe on the corner. Apart from that small detail I was completely satisfied with the service and I would not hesitate to use Imagine again.

Booked over the internet for bargain price of £19.95 for one week's parking. We found it a little hard to find as it is not clearly signposted. As you drive down the road that leads to the aiport the car park is situated on the right. If you drive down to the roundabout you have gone to far. We found it eventually by going around the roundabout avoiding car parks 1 and 2 and drove up the road we had just driven down and we found it to be the next gate on the left (looks like an industrial estate). Anyway, we parked up went to reception and then was driven to airport departures. On our return we could have rang them to pick us up but we walked over. Only took 5 mins. Will definatley be using again as the airport carpark's prices were much higher.

The parking was quite secure and the shuttle bus service very efficient and prompt.

The parking was good value for money except they take more bookings than the empty spaces available. I was asked to park in the middle somewhere, leave the keys to the staff there and when I returned I found my car parked properly in a parking space but a scratch on the front bumper on the right hand side. When asked, the guy told me he has to review the CCTV and they will call me in 2 days. There is no call since and they are more than two days

Very pleasant and obliging staff. No waiting around for transfers, very efficient. Would certainly use them again.

Check in was straightforward, no waiting for bus to be filled we were taken straight to the airport. Return bus arrived within 2-3 minutes of phoning them. On airport parking as well as more expensive can be a long walk which if it is raining is a bad start/end to a trip.

Close to the airport, pick was within 3 minutes of phone call, (arrival was 20 mins earlier than scheduled). Clean and modern mini bus for drop off and pick up. Easy book in as all forms had been prepared from information given on internet booking.Pleasant and helpful driver on both drop off and pick up.All round 5 star service.

Best to book online if you ring up they say yes just turn up. other wise an excellent service.
