Excellent service from friendly staff. The carpark is literally 2 mins drive from the terminal however finding it was tricky as no signposting which is rediculous. However I will use them again if I ever use Liverpool airport again which is unlikely as the security queues are the slowest I've ever encountered at any airport by far.

even though my flite was delayed 3 hrs they still provided excellent service,will use this service every time i travel from liverpool airport from now on.

Reception staff and minibus drivers all very friendly and efficient. Response to our call as we exited baggage collection at Liverpool airport, resulted in the minibus arriving within a minute of our party arriving at the designated pick-up point. hence we were on our way driving our own car within 10 minutes of leaving the airport.

Good service provided by Imagine Car Parking, no problems with the transfers to and from the airport, helpful, pleasant staff even though we had been delayed for an hour with Easyjet. The only bit of trouble we had was on arrival, we had a little difficulty locating the carpark due to poor signage, maybe a bigger sign would be helpful. Other than that, no problems whatsoever and will definately use Imagine again. Great Value for money, with good staff, all round a good experience.

Wasn't that easy to find - you can't turn right directly into the industrial estate it's on and directions imply that you can. Also the sign was a bit lost. However, other than this everything was great. All the staff were really friendly, and the very short transfers to the airport were great, I wasn't waiting for more than a minute at either end! Very easy overall experience and fantastic value for money!

we left home in good time, however, we did not find your car park. after driving round and round, we had to give up and park in the long stay car park at the airport. There was no sign post, well not that we could see. POOR!!!

We have used Imagin car park for a while now and everytime we have received what they offer -Excellent service, nice people,and punctual transfers. I have recommended it to several family members and friends too. Great.

Efficient service. Good security. Could not praise the friendly, chatty staff enough. Would point anyone in their direction when looking for parking at Liverpool Airport and would certainly use them again was I to fly from this location.

It was easy and convenient to find as I had goggled the location beforehand, otherwise as mentioned in other reviews the signposting could be better and clearer.

Directions could have been better, though previous reviews did help. Arrived early 4.30am, and seemed to be a one man operation, and was asked to park at the garage door while he took some other punters to the airport. This took about ten mins, check in simple enough, transfer took 3 minutes. Pick up was just as easy, rang when picked up luggage, arrived at pick up point 3 minutes later. Good value, basic service a lot cheaper than on airport parking and just as close and you don't have to walk it!

Excellent, fast transfers to and from airport terminal, did not have to wait more than 5 minutes for the coach on eac occasion. Freindly staff.

as my summary says we have never done this before but it was ok for what we wanted, I would say however that it is not well signposted especially in the dark as we left early morning and came back in the evening

Everthing spot on from start to finish.Friendly staff to start you off on your holiday and a nice warm car to pick you up after landing in wind and rain and a 16 degree drop in temperature.Car ready to go.Fantastic service and will use again and tell friends and family.

The directions from Purple Parking were not very clear so we went round the houses. Otherwise absolutely no compaints

Arrived and was attended to right away.After booking in was taken with out delay with a pleasant driver.On return phoned once past customs and was picked up in 3-4 minutes and car was waiting on forecourt.Will use this carpark again and would recommend.
