When I last used this car partk, it was difficult to find the car park, the directions could be expanded for first time users to Liverpool airport who are not familiar. I have flown from Liverpool many times and I did not find it very easily. Thank you for the speedy transfer though!

only problem was finding the place before my flight. now that i know where you are situated no problem, my coordinates took me to the airport but could not find airport parking at first. on my arrival back and calling the number to collect me, the guy was there in a very short time. very good service at a very good price. i will use it again.

Parking and transfer to Airport at beginning very good and even though we were delayed on return collection and transfer to car park was immediate ,the driver friendly and polite, and would no hesitation in using the service again.

Excellent service, as advertised. Improved/more prominent signage at car park road entry would be a help.

Outside & not really secure - just part of an industrial estate - inside parking is available at extra cost

I used Liverpool parking ltd from 11th - 16th dec they were on the same webb site were cheaper and seemed a bit more organized

my only reservation would be on the security side.I understand that the site is patrolled but I don't know whether the outside parking is as secure as it might be,given the surroundings of the site.

It's the first time we have used Imagine but it won't be the last. We had to alter our return date owing to illness; they made the change seamlessly. Both drop off and collection were spot-on. On our return the driver was great and very helpful too - he helped us clear our ice covered car windows.

When cleared through customs I rang imagine and they were there in less than 2 minutes

Excellent value and I didn't have to leave my keys at the car park. Was a little confusing to find, but other than this I would highly recommend this car parking service.

The only complaint I have is the lack of large clear sings which can be seen from the dual caariageway.

imagaine parking really easy to book and to use -the transfers were instant, no hanging around, especially on the way home when it was freezing! the only thing, as other users have said is that its not the easiest place to find, (round the roundabout a couple of times!) look for the industrial estate opposite the entrance to Liverpool airport, turn in here and imagine is clearly signposted. Would recommend without fail.

Security could be improved but the staff and transfers were first class.

A very inexpensive and friendly service would use every time.

Great service only improvement would be to make the signs to the car park more distinctive - navy not very eye catching.

I arrived at the car park where the staff where very efficient.Within a few minutes of arriving I had parked up and was on my way to the terminal.You could even walk it was that close. I normally park at the airport itself but that has got very expensive, it takes ages to find a vacant slot then you have to walk to the terminal. Will be using this car park in future.

signage could be a little better espically if arriving in the dark but close and cheap

I found the final part of the otherwise excellent directions confusing. Why not advise drivers to go round the final roundabout and double back in the direction from which they approached and the parking will be found in a short distance, first gated driveway on the left.

Gave a good service,plesent and effisent on time with both taking to airport and already there when we got back.G8.

within only a few hundred meters of the airport this is an excellent site and very good value for money i was impressed by both this and Liverpool JL airport, i will definately be using both sites for holidays again in future
