I dropped off my car, and all four of us were immediately taken to the Airport. On the way back from Spain, we were unfortunately delayed for several days due to the volcanic ash problem. The Car Park only charged me the lower Daily Rate for the extra 4 days, rather than the full amount which they could have charged. Hats off to their very good service.

I booked on behalf of my mother who is 92. Imagine staff coped very professionally with the crisis due to the ash cloud and did not overcharge us for the late pick-up. My mother was able to drive home without undue stress.

Very close t the airport, in fact, it was a lovely sunny day, we had plenty of time, so we walked up. Lovely. We were delayed for a week by the volcanic eruption fiasco and the extra charge we felt was justified and reasonable.

On arrival, I was advised that my car was highly likely to be stolen! and I needed to pay £10 extra for indoor parking. I also had to wait over 40min to be picked up from the airport on return and had to phone them twice! So not secure (their words), not a reliable pick up service and ended up being no cheaper than the airport parking due to the £10 extra I had to pay! I will not use again

car damaged and staff did not give Dam , ill never book there again and let other poeple know that their car is not Safe

Very pleased with Imagine Car Parking. Location is ideal and close to the airport. Staff are friendly and happy to help. Parking area is secure. Transfers punctual, easy to use and to a high quality.

When arriving it seemed a little mish mash but checked in and left the keys and was taken to airport staight away by friendly staff, no complaints,got back and made a phone call and was picked up in minutes to collect the car.

We have used Imagine Car Parking numerous times and will continue to use them, I always research the Internet for the best deals and they are head and shoulders above the rest for Value,Efficiency and a Professional Service. When you have a late flight like had recently you require a straight and on time transfer back to your vehicle, and Imagine was spot on with this, we back home and in bed in no time, cheers Imagine Staff.

The car park was situated close to the airport and transfers to and from were prompt. The car park could benefit from better signposting to find it but this was a very minor problem. It was excellent value for money and I would definitely use it again.

The car park was difficult to find and was not recognised by the Sat Nav

I was happy with the service provide, though as has been said a signpost on the main road will assist other travellers find the car park easier.

The service was second to none.On arrival we were checked in and transfered to the airport within five minutes. On return we were collected less than five minutes after calling.

Finding the car park not easy even though had written instructions. First impressions not good as lack of security fence worried me. Transfer to airport a little hair raising. No free number to call for collection, but bus turned up quickly. Not the most impressive organisation but paperwork easy to sort out on web site. No harm done , so value for money.

Very quick and efficient. Much quicker, easier and cheaper than parking at the airport as I have done previously. Previously when I parked at the airport it has taken me at least 10 minutes to find a free car park space and then find a trolley for the cases and on a cold wet and windy day it is not a very pleasant experience. It then has taken another 5 - 10 mins to walk to the airport departures. So using Imagine Car Parking proved to be a more hassle free experience. I dropped my car off and a minute later I was in the minibus to airport which only took 2 minutes. On my return I phoned from inside the airport terminal to be picked up and within 5 minutes I was driving my car home. Very impressed with service and will definitely use the service again.

Very easy to find, fast booking in, plenty of parking indoor and out,fast and friendly pick up. Altogether fantastic.

It is the first time i have used Imagine car parking and just like John Lennon's song it was first class, easy to find, very helpful staff, close to the airport and good value parking for the money money.
