Car park very close to the airport. Literally 2 minutes transfer. Very well priced. I would use this car park again and recommend it to family and friends.

On arrival our had car not been booked in but this was not a problem. We read other reviews re finding car park or would have had difficulty finding it. Staff very friendly. We were transfered immediately to the airport and on return saw the transfer mini bus picking others up at the airport so didn't even have to ring. The whole procedure was so easy and stress free. We would definately use this car park again.

Booking online straightforward even for my limited IT skills. Close to airport and efficient service made it an overhaul pleasant hassle free experiance for us.Looking forward to our next trip.Thanks again for your services.

It seems to be a one man show and you think it was grand prix course to and from the airport at the speed they go.

great helpful and friendly staff, who answered me quickly, to avoid excess costs on my mobile phone from abroad, when i was stranded by the volcanic ash. They made me feel at ease at a very anxious time. Parking easy to find and one call and they picked us up in a couple of minutes, a couple of more minutes and we were packing our car as the airport close bye.

Car Parking was convenient and an easy tranfer distance to the airport. However this was tainted by the transfer driver's eagerness to get to the airport and back. When we arrived at airport to depart due to the way the vehicle was driven our luggage fell out the back of the van when the driver opened the door. The jouney after arival was rapid also. I know we had travelled to see the Spanish Grand Prix - maybe the driver was just putting us in the mood !!!

I was a bit dubious after reading a couple of critcal reviews, but took the plunge. As you drive to the airport it's on the other side of the dual carrigeway, so a u-turn at the intersection and it's about 200 metres back. Drove in, showed my documents, left the key, got into their Mercedes Benz people carrier was at the airport in about a minute. The whole operation 5 minutes max.On return phoned up, they were there inside 2 minutes, picked my key up was out of the compound within 2 minutes. Brilliant will use them again. James Smith

Arrived at depot on time - no queue - taken straight to the Airport terminal - total time 5/7 minutes. Delays due to the volcanic ash meant phoning and extending the parking by two days - this was no problem to "Imagine". On our return - The car was waiting first in the queue to drive away to our home destination. This was a first class experience - thank you "Imagine". Dave Morris , Bury Lancs.

This is the Ronseal version of Liverpool Airport Car Parking. It's only minutes to walk there upon returning if you only have hand baggage. Good value for money!!!

Member of staff was very friendly ..and even recognised our son's name when we got back. Transfers were very fast! We'll use this company again. Mr Altana

very pleased with the service.Friendly and efficient staff.No problem with the transfers.As we have used this car park before as well, it was much easier to find it this time though we still feel that a more prominent car park sign will be helpful.

We encountered a slight problem with Imagine car park because the signage to the car park was not good. We arrived in the dark at 4.00 a.m. and could not see a distinctive sign to indicate where it was situated. Also it said that we needed to turn right into the car park but it was situated on a dual carriageway and we had to go to the end, go round a roundabout and approach from the other end. After a great deal of peering through the windscreen, travelling very slowly, we saw a small sign on the Reception building. Once we had entered the car park the service from staff was excellent.
