I booked the parking over the internet and got a good price on secure parking, £19 for 4 days. When we arrived there was no one there and we wandered around looking. I was surprised we could do this since it was supposed to be secure - it didn't feel like a good start but we had a flight to catch so couldn't change our minds about parking. After 10 minutes we were taken to the airport and dropped out the front; the driver told us to call him and he would meet us there when we got back. When we did arrive back, we called from in the terminal and he said he was 2 minutes away; we rushed outside so we wouldn't miss him. Half an hour later we called again, he said he was 2 minutes away - which at this point was a little unbeleiveable: he arrived 10 minutes later and we were taken to the park. When we got there they had to find our car, they had moved it and didn't know where to. We found it had a flat battery and a scrape on the wing mirror. Overall, cheap parking - for a reason.

easy to find . staff friendly and took us to airport. when returning home though having to wait on a cold night to be picked up. had to put own cases in back of van, driver never got out to help any passengers with luggage. dropped off in car park and all passengers had to un load luggage and then had to ask driver for key to own car. very un helpfull and would not use again.

Imagine staff were very friendly and very helpful,arrived at imagine taken right away to airport then picked up as soon as we arrived back could not ask for better service.

A little trouble finding it but once found the service was very good and we had no problems.

The car park is easy to find, on the right very close to the airport. The staff at checkin and the driver were excelent. Everything was very efficient. On return we were picked up within 5 minutes and the car was ready and waiting. No faults at all which is a change these days.

A perfect hassle free service with no delays and an excellent service to the airport. Better than parking in long stay anyday as dropped right to the door!

From the moment we arrived we were treated with courtesy and efficiency. The transfers at both ends of our trip were immediate, it was like having our own personal chauffeur to whisk us straight to the departure lounge and then back to our car. I can not fault Imagine Car Park in any way and will definitely use them again. Richard Morgan

clearer directions needed eg. go passed Premier hotel and at roundabout go back up opposite carriageway to a gateway on left about 150 yds

Brilliant location-with in walking distance of terminal..however were picked up and dropped off right away, no waiting about at all! Friendly, convenient with great value for money. Could do with better signage outside (on the road).

excellent value for money, paperwork dealt with swiftly, car park seems secure, situated close anough to walk if you so wish, would use again.

This was my first use of Liverpool airport and I was obviously a bit apprehensive. I found your car parking area easily and your staff were very courteous and friendly.

This is now the 3rd time that I have used Imagine. Needless to say, if it was no good, I would not have returned.I have also recommended this company to several friends. This service is the best of all facilities that I use throughout the country.They are fast and efficient and to top it all, they are excellent value for money.

Our car was kept indoor for the time we were away. When we came back the car was outside and the NEW battery (3 months old) was completly out! SO I couldn`t open any door to get inside my car. The staff had no wires to help me with the battery charging. So I had to use mine! Thanks God I had them. Otherwise we wouldn`t have gone home. The staff wasnt helpful at all, left me and my family to ourselves. I would rather pay 20GBP more and book the car park space somewhere else. Absolutely not happy with the service.I'll never book the car park with Imagine Car Parking. Cheap and bad service.

The directions should include instructions to go all the way to the airport entrance roundabout and then return to the entrance as the carriageway is deveided at the entrance and the signage is not visable when approaching the entrance.Otherwise everything was efficient and friendly.

Relatively easy to find. Good check-in and speedy transfer to terminal. On return, called number provided but driver had just turned up.

The car park was located just outside the airport and it was very easy to find. The car park charge was very competative and I will be using the company again. Thank-you for the very good service.

Location is only 5-10mins from Liverpool Airport, helpful staff with courtesy transfers included. Excellent value for money.
