the car park very easy to find. coaches/buses constantly arriving and departing very good service indeed happy to park there anytime

Very easy to book, simple process, no stress after a transatlantic flight would highly recomend and would certainly use again, seems to be much safer and easier tham the off airport parking which may seem to be cheaper but in my case was about the same with less hassle, Many thanks

It was simple to book on line, the cost was very reasonable and the transfer was quick. Could not ask for anything more !

All booked on line, simply turn up park. On return it was jsut as easy with no queues - just picked up my car and the system recognises my car and my ticket. Secure and easy. This is the second time that I have used this and both times its been simple.

I pre-booked my long stay and was happy that the processes of parking my car, traveling from car park to airport and then going back to pick up my car were trouble free.

Easy online booking and secure parking within a short distance of the airport. Bus service to and from the airport is both efficient and immediate.

Very good service, was very easy to book and directions to car park were excellent, however we did wait over 15 minutes on our return to get a bus back to the carpark, would recommend this service to friends and family

I bought a supersaver parking which was non-refundable. I got to the parking area 12 hours earlier than planned and was assured earlier over the phone that a) my car number plate would be recognised and b) that I would only have to pay an extra £10. When I left, less than 24 hours later, my flight having been cancelled due to heavy snow, I was not amused to have to pay £16.60 instead, and of course I won't get any of the other money paid up front, for a problem that was not of my doing. There were no parking staff to be seen and no one has replied to my subsequent email. Poor show!

A different bus stop for business car park, maybe 21. 22 for normal passengers. you have to read the whole sign to realise the bus's are colour coded

I prefer the business long stay whic is nearer the airport with more frequent transfers and better bus drivers

Entry into the car park was easy once we got off the M25. The directions told us to get off at 13A, which doesn't exist so we had to go to junction 14 and return via the other side of M25. Fortunately we had plenty of time. It had been easy to book online.

Slightly more expensive than off site parking but advantage of being close to the airport,appears very secure and entry and exit systems are automated and worked perfectly.Would use again.

Our outward journey was absolutely fine, but coming back we waited around 25 minutes for the transfer coach which wasn't amusing in the cold weather. Then when we tried to exit we were asked for £282 -- when we had pre-booked online. To be fair, after we pressed the appropriate button, an assistant came out very promptly and dealt with the problem straight away, but it was a bit of a shock for a minute or two.

Bus pickup could have been a little quicker. Car park was clean. The parking spaces are a little small for some cars (was ok for me. I hate it when people open there door into my car. I like the right on the back of the parking ticket where you are "B 32" The price £90 or so for 18 days.

I found the car park easily, the buses were prompt and the staff very friendly. Using this car park is one less thing to get stressed about when travelling overseas and being in the right place at the right time

You need a simple, true-layout map for customers to print-off. It's not good enough to say "don't use a sat-nav" - sort it! Road names are in short supply. Provide photos if necessary. A sign for the site that is visible as you approach would help (as in a For Sale board). Its no use having one that you see as you pass it.

Automated system recognized my car at the barrier on arrival - no need to show any documents - flight was delayed 2 hrs on return but no problem exiting the car park and no extra cost. Very near to airport - will use again.
