An excellent car parking service for terminal 5. The only slight issue was a very slippery surface on arrival as the night before had been extremely cold. A level of gritting is required to keep people safe.

So very simply, from booking it online, turning up and parking and simply leaving our car in a secure area. The only minor concern was that we had was had we used the right car park! As when we drove it it gave us a standard entry ticket. But when we came to leave we simply put our ticket in the exit barrier and we were on our way. We would 100% use this service again.

I was able to keep my keys, the car park has easy access from the M4, is close to the terminal, and the shuttles are extremely frequent. No complaints, I was actually pleasantly surprised. Incidentally, you need an N/A column for customer service, as (apart from the coach drivers) I didn't see anyone (I had no need to).

Easy to find and access the car park. Within ten minutes we were collected and taken through to terminal 5. On the return we waited no more than three minutes for the shuttle back to the car park - a trip of around 5 minutes maximum.

We were very happy with our parking experience. The instructions were very easy to follow and the busses on schedule. The drivers did not rush us as the stops whilst we were getting all our luggage on and off which was good and we thought the cost was very reasonable considering the length of time we were away. We would thoroughly recommend this service. Thank you.

Car park is easy to find and well sign posted. System is easy. Car felt secure. It was filthy when we returned, mostly due to the November weather but also the car park isn't covered. Transfers were fast and easy. Drivers helpful.

We were very satisfied with our parking experience. The car park was well maintained and clean, and the courtesy bus arrived very quickly at both ends of our journey. Highly recommended.

The signposting for the car park could be slightly further up the road when approaching, I was in the wrong lane and had to drive all the way around the oneway system to get back to the entrance. Other than that, exactly what I would expect, punctual clean and efficient transfers combined with well-lit, reasonably spaced car parking slots. I'll use it again next time I'm leaving from T5

Entering and exiting the car park all worked perfectly. The car park was a little further from the terminal than I was expecting, but buses were frequent and it was a very quick transfer - I was perhaps expecting too much! Would be very happy to use again.

I booked a half day period of parking at Terminal 5 Heathrow Long Stay Car Park, as I was travelling into London from Bristol for a business matter. The location of the car park and frequency of busses to the terminal is perfect allowing anyone access to the underground or other train / transport services into central London. The price is also very reasonable in view of this. I will definately use the car park again.

It was very simple. In fact it was fool proof. We were sat in terminal 5 ten minutes after entering the car park. No problems whatsoever and I would recommend this car park.

From arriving at the Long Stay Car-Park to getting to the Terminal Building, the experience was brilliant. This was my first time to Heathrow and I was quite daunted at the prospect but thanks to the directions provided and the hassle free transfer, it was a lovely experience. thank you. we will definately use your company again.

Did have a problem with ticket in that i had to call for assistance and was initailly told i was in wrong car park which want the case. Also,wait for transfer from T5 to car park was longer than expected. these were minor issues though and found the whole experience very easy and excellent value

Like the Business Parking for Terms 1,2 & 3, I would quite like to have had guidance on entry where the empty parking slots existed. This didn't exist on the T5 long term parking, so I had to drive around to find empty slots when time can sometimes be short. I thought that the on-line pricing was a little high compared with the Term 1,2 & 3 Business Parking, based on the fact that it was offering a simialr service. Apart from the above, the parking experience was good.

Quickens easy but remember to 'bing' on the way back when you want the driver to stop at the stop closest to your car - they're not telepathic :-)

The service was good, although it was a little disconcerting to find that there was nobody around at the car park to address any queries, especially as I arrived for the first time on a rather dark and wet evening. Pick up at both ends was very prompt and direct.
