This is to assure any reader that the service provided is exactly as you would expect it to be. Easy and simple to use. After a long and arduous flight getting to the car park and picking up my car was a concern but the process was so straight forward. I was on my way home while my companions were still trying to find a train. I will use this service again and I strongly recommend it to everyone. Phil

Pre-paid £36, only to find it actually only costs £16 if you just turn up and park - very dissapointed. Will not use again.

the car park was easily found unlike junction 14a of M25. no long waits for transfer.

Directions given to the carpark from the M25 weren't correct the instruction was to turn offat junction 14a From the M25 which made me drive to junction 13 of course I had to turn round! I couldn't find any of the Road names only Wrights Way, I did have stop stop and ask where the car park was, Fortunatly I had spare time! If I hadn't I would have been in trouble! Staff at the carpark were very helpful

Very convenient and easy with a baby travelling - much cheaper than getting two taxis!

A problem will the exit gate not lifting was efficiently dealt with over the intercom.

Instructions to get to car park were very poor quoting exit 4 from the M4 when there is a 4A and 4B. It was raining when we arrived at the park and we did get wet removing our luggage and making our way to one of the bus shelters. The main advantage was keeping the keys to our car as we had used an off airport in the past and had a sat nav stolen because they had keys to the car and also we supect on another occasion someone used our diesel Zafira whilst we were on holiday and topped it up with petrol resulting in extensive damage to the engine.

Was a very good service. Easy to find and quick to check in. The transfers were every 10mins so very convieniant. I definately recommend this and i will be using it again.

Slightly concerned from other reviews that I might have problems with NPR system. No such problems, totally hassle free just drove in - got ticket.....on return put in ticket and drove out. Pretty close to terminal 5 just a bit expensive but I guess that's airport parking for you!!

All aspects of the service worked well including booking and payment, arrival, transfers and departure. Having read a number of critical comments on the web, I was expecting problems with the automatic car registration recognition system, however this worked flawlessly for me.

Good directions, easy to park, transfer bus quick and worked very well for a very reasonable price.

Arrived at 4.15 a.m. Not much to tell us we were at the right place or what to do or expect next. Eventually found an official who helped. Felt a very secure site. Signs on way out of terminal were not clear (not car park company fault) Guided us to wrong end of pick up area. Eventually found right place. Bus convenient and punctual. Had to ask driver if we were to get off at appropriate place or what. Bit unclear there. Having done it once, would be more than happy to do it again, but a bit hair raising and uneccessary stress for first timers.

I had booked with BA and flew from T5 so booked parking in T5 long stay carpark. Mt return flight landed at T1 so had some problems getting back to T5 carpark. Alan Williams

My trip was cancelled due to the BA strike. I transferred the booking to August on-line quite easily (I hope!)

The not so good thing first - the directions I was given did not help me find the Long Stay parking. Having said that everything else was very good, efficient and simple. I will use the service again - now I know how to find the site!

Very convenient for the terminal and the driver even stopped before the bus stop to pick us up.

Got to the barrier on the way out - you owe £94. 15 minutes later it was established that I had actually pre-paid, but my details hadn't been uploaded as I had prebooked until the following morning (it was 2245). Surely it must be possible to upload a list of all valid tickets instead of having to search all bookings ever made by myself? The last thing wanted or needed late at night was to have to deal with this.

located ony a few minutes from terminal 5, easy to find, speedy transfers, no queues for transfer bus, safe and secure parking.

Booking on-line was simple, the car park was well signposted and easy to find, there was ample free parking (albeit the spaces a little tight), the transfers were frequent and painless, and exiting was almost as straightforward just requiring validation of the pre-paid ticket to raise the barrier.
