In all an uneventful and smooth transfer in both directions. Will use again and recommend to others.

But there was glass in the parking place we had.We did not see the glass until we drove into the parking spot and it was very dark anyway.Fortunately the tyres were fine and there was no puncture.I just wonder how often the ground is checked ? There was nobody around to alert staff of the glass as it was 5.30 am and not many people around.I prefer to hang onto Car keys myself,so I like the car park.Transfers were great and staff very friendly.

Conveniently close and secure, this parking option wins hands down for short duration stays.

Booked in advance, entered car par without fuss, waited less than 5 mins for a bus which took us to the terminal in about 10 mins. Return journey at 5 on Sunday morning was just as efficient.

We found the parking easy to access, the transfer buses were prompt and the staff friendly. As we were the only passengers on the bus from the terminal to the carpark, the driver took us right to my car! Will definitely use this service again.

We booked our slot on line. We were emailed the details as receipt. We were given updates near our time of travel. The car park easy to find and access - even though I pressed the button for a ticket instead of waiting for my number plate to be recognised! Attendant very helpful. Thank you.

Very convenient. Had to wait 5 min for shuttle going to terminal, otherwise excellent and very quick. Less than half the cost of taxis for us

Easy to find, prompt coach service. I rated the staff highly but I hardly needed them. All automated. The one question I had was sorted very quickly. Beats Purple Business Parking hands down. Thanks

Bus driver at T5 on return journey pulled away when we were just 5 yards from the bus door and running to catch it. He must have seen us running; he had pulled in and halted at the stop where no-one else was waiting, but seemed to deliberately drive off. This was the 7.50 pm bus on Monday evening 14 October. The next bus driver at 8 pm was fine. The ticketing and other transfer worked very well. Your parking is very expensive but the most convenient available, so worth the cost.

I recommend this parking as quick,easy to find secure and 10 mins from terminal. Buses were frequent.

On returning from our trip we found it difficult to find the coach pick-up- we had to ask staff at Heathrow. Good directions are very important to tired, elderly passengers.

Due to a change of holiday dates I had to change the original booking and add another couple of days. I imagined this would be a problem an involve significant extra cost. However the whole process was managed quickly over the phone for a nominal additional fee and a confirmatory e-mail was with me within a matter of seconds. I would certainly use again. Only issue was on exiting the car park when i needed to insert my parking ticket in the opposite direction to the arrow on the ticket. Would happily recommend to others

The direction from the M25 should have been junction 14 instead of 14a as we came from the M40 north. We had to go to next junction and come back. Otherwise direction was good.

Very busy car park but located a space fairly quickly. Only had to wait one minute for the bus to arrive. Smooth ride to the terminal, very pleased! On return all just as smooth, waited around 10 mins for bus to arrive, very polite and helpful lady working on the bus. Found car easily and was able to exit the car park after entering my ticket, provided when I first entered the car park. Will be using this car park again as regularly travel for business purposes.

Pick-up point in T5 further away from exit than the off-site parking. Staff failed to announce which stop in car park bus was at (difficult to see in packed steamed-up bus at night). Staff failed to check if people were still disembarking and had to be shouted at to stop the bus. Sinage poor at night to find exit easily.

Well signposted, lots of spaces available. Bus came quickly and dropped us right outside Terminal 5. On return bus was waiting at the bus stop, dropped us at the bus stop in the car park. We loaded the car and exited with no fuss or bother.

Made our journey very simple. There was no waiting around, transport to and from the car park was quick - on the return journey we were on the road within an hour of touch down.

Easy to find, easy to park, frequent transfers to the terminal and back. No problems at all. Would definitely use again.

There is no junction 4a off M25 that we could find, Try Jn 4 and go for a mile or more following the directions to easily get to the terminal 5 longstay car park. Buses were good. Barriers efficient.

Everything went very smoothly. Plenty of spaces, bus stops well marked and the busses were quickly available both ways. A great experience.
