We will definitely use again. Its not that much more expensive that long term parking, but it just makes life easier. We have 2 young kids and knowing you can get to and from car/terminal makes everything easier. We never actually received the email confirmation, but fortunatley we were telephoned by our driver, so everything was sorted. I would say the customer service telephone times are not good. Opening at 9am on a Saturday when you are due to have car collected at 9.15, was not good. (I am not sure if this would have been sorted by receiving the confirmation email and maybe a better number to call...?)

Great service, on time and car looked cleaner than when we left it. Very convenient and avoids transers to and from car parks after long flights. Coped easily with our early arrival and our late return. Do check that the driver knows your details and he works for the company you booked with as worringly our driver didn't have ID. However, he gave us our names and his company name unprompted which was enough for me as IDs are easily faked. Overall very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I had to wait 25 minutes for a driver to appear when I dropped off my car. I also waited 35 minutes for its return. Whilst the service looks good, I feel there seems to be a lack of staff and poor communication with the customer when they are running late or have problems.

No problems , everything went well, the only slight problem we had was that we wern't quite sure where to drop the car off at departures so ended up parking it in the wrong place, but a quick phone call soon put that right. So all in all very happy with the service.

I had a really excellent experience with Star Parking. The driver was waiting for me when I departed even though I arrived 5 mins early. He was also very friendly. On return, I called them after picking up my bags. In the 5-10 minutes it took me to walk to the pick up point the same driver had got the car to the pick up point and was waiting for me there. Great service. Its definitely worth the extra you pay.

I was on time, but the collection was 25 minutes late - after 5 minutes I phoned and was assured the driver was on his way. 10 minutes later they phoned to say he had gone tot he wrong terminal and were sending someone else! He then blamed 'Agency driver' as it was a Bank Holiday - how anyone can confuse LHR T4 with anything else is beyond me!

I do not understand why people mess about with car parks and taxis. The week's parking was cheaper than the taxi firm quoted for a one way trip! This is the most convenient way to arrive at and leave the airport and makes the nightmare of ending your holiday smooth as a dream. I will use them again, and again. Well done

Once I had handed over credit card info, I saw that this "meet and greet" system wasn't actually based at Heathrow. They said they couldn't be flexible about car hand over timing. My Virgin flight was 3 hours late in from Newark and they were just fine about the delay.

Overall well worth it. The only downside for us was that we gave ourselves plenty of time to arrive at the airport and arrived a whole hour early. These guys weren't able to accomodate an early arrival so we sat for an hour in the departures drop area waiting. Not their fault, but it did detract from the experience.

We arrived at the airport, not sure where we were supposed to go, pulled over to check the instructions, and the Star Parking driver was at our door with our paperwork ready to sign. On return to the airport, our car was with us in 10 minutes, and again, all it needed was a signature and we were off. Would definately use this service again. Well worth the extra money, especially if you are travelling with young children.

Staff were friendly and punctual. We were a party of 5 including children; carting all our bags from car to bus stop, fretting over the arrival of the bus, loading onto bus, and off again at the terminal was unappealing. The Star Parking service made this a one step process and worked excellently. Recommended.

This is an excellent service. I have used Purple Parking a couple of times but this cheaper alternative was just as good. I missed seeing the chap sent to collect car so had to go round the block and wished he'd made himself more visible, but checking on the phone was simple enough and a small mistake does not dint my opinion of the good service given. Staff were very polite.

This is the fifth time that we have used meet and greet (Gatwick, Stansted, Heathrow). Very good service each time and the best deals via Simply . Long stay car parks are history! This most recent service was the best. The family did not even have to wait in the cold as the car was waiting for us when we stepped out of arrivals.

You were fantastic! We were stuck on the M25 and arrived one and a half hours late. Your staff were still there waiting for us with a big smile on their face. If we hadnt been able to drop the car off outside departures we would have missed our flight.Thank you!

We found this service excellent, we were 15mins late from the time we stated we would be there but this wasnt a problem, they were there to great us as normal. On return we phoned to say that we had passed through customs and they said they were outside waiting. We would definately use this service again. 10 out of 10.

We arrived on time (7.30am) to find a friendly driver waiting to take our car.On return we were an hour late and had difficulty in finding the meeting place, but there was still a friendly driver waiting to give us our car. Would definitely use the service again.

I have used airport parking services before and had to park my car miles from the airport, and then get a shuttle bus to the airport. Paying a little more for the drop off and collection service was well worth the extra. It saved me both time and stress.

The company was very accommodating. I ended up getting to the airport earlier than I expected, I rang them to ask if there was any way they could collect my car earlier and they came straight away. I rang them from the baggage reclaim on my return and it was there waiting for me! Truly excellent, it really took the stress out of getting to the airport. Would highly recommend them!

Good customer relations. I was very late on arrival at LHR outbound and they were very helpful assuring they would cope with my late arrival and were there quickly to meet me. Drivers were very polite and cheerful. Many thanks.

Despite advertising a 24 hour service, Star Parking do not offer 24 hour collections or pick ups. Due to the security problems at Heathrow, I requested the car be collected one hour earlier than booked; I was very rudely told this wasn't possible and that they were not a 24 hour company, and I was very lucky that they were going to pick my car up at 0400. All in all disappointing customer service compared to other companies I have used. I would not use Star Parking again and will use Maple Manor for all my future requirements.
