Not on the forecourt of the airport, but for the price charged neither was it miles away. With the regular transfer service, I'll be back :)

Previously I have always used the big on site car parks but they are now so expensive. Happy Days was easy to find and the transfers were very quick. OK the location and facilities are a bit rough but it's your car that's staying there, not you! I would highly recommend it and definitely use them again when flying from Heathrow.

Poor service. Rude staff. Inefficient airport transfers. More miles on the clock when I picked my car up than when I left it at the car park.

Directions to the car park were incorrect and we had to ask for directions which took us an extra 15 minutes. Vehicle was damaged while it was parked.

I was seriously concerned at leaving my car in what looked like a junk/mechanic's yard. The mini bus was also very basic and looked like they had borrowed a school bus.

Directions could be better. Names of roundabouts not always featured on them! Sign into car park is hidden by greenery so easily missed. In the dark it would be very difficult to find. Reception a portacabin on legs but staff expected us. No waiting for transfer to terminal, but different on return - stood at bus stop 1 for 20 mins plus not so good when late a night and just want to get home! Car ready by reception so no delay there. Cheaper than other companies on this occasion so quite good value for money, not so good if time an issue.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Transport to airport was ready when I arrived and on return was there within minutes following my call to collect me. Would difinately use happy days parking again.

Facilities seem very basic, but adequate. Trandfer vehicles were not new. The worst thing for us is that we had to wait 30 minutes for our pick -up from Heathrow. We would use them again though.

We chose one of the cheapest long term parking services and although some of the reviews were good there were also others that weren't, so we didn't have high expectations.We were pleasantly surprised and both to and from the airport we received an excellent service from all staff employed by Happy Days who were very friendly and amenable.We waited less than 5 minutes for transfers in both directions. Despite criticism in previous reviews, the parking area was paved and there was shelter in the reception should it rain. Although the parking lot doesn't look much it serves its purpose.We would definitely use Happy Days parking again. Helpful Hint:On return, call Happy Days only when you receive your luggage. We did this and waited only 2-3 minutes before our transfer minibus arrived.If you call before and are perhaps delayed then other passengers might have to wait for you or you might have to wait longer for the next minibus.

A little worrying when one first drives onto the "Happy Days Parking" forecourt and the parking lock-up looks more like a "back street scrap yard" then a long term car park. The customer could be forgiven for asking; "Do I really want to leave my car here and if I do will I see my car again?!" However once the customer plucks up the courage to hand over the car keys, I can think of no other criticism. "Happy Days Parking" offers value for money parking.

Name is misleading. Didn't feel to 'happy' leaving the car - it didn't appear to be the safest place in the world. Transfer to the airport was good (but then again it was at 4.30 am). Transport from the airport was slow. Rival companies came and went 4 times in the time we waited. Then when they arrived we had to wait 15 mins for a member of their staff. The whole process took over an hour. On the jounrey back to the lock-up the staff were talking about cars that had been driven over nails and caused flat tyres (unintentionally i'm sure, but it doesn't put you in the most positive frame of mind!!!).

Cheapest on our search. Worked like clockwork and no complaints. If you want to nitpick, then their premises were a bit down at heel and they could do with brushing up on their client skills (a little bit unenthusiatic). But that is minor. We wanted a good price and got it and it all worked perfectly - a prompt service close to the airport. We will definitely use it again, and that's the only real test.

first rate expereince. Booking quick, easy and the cheapest we could find. Staff were very efficient, and quick to help and book us in. The transfers were fantastic, no waiting, collected us once we were through customs, and quickly got us to our vehicle. Would certainly recommend and will use this company again.

Everything was great, the service was spot on and we got picked up exactly when we arrived. The only drawback is that some people may have difficulties locating the parking area.

Generally a good service with pleasant and helpful staff. The only down side was the time it took for the pick-up from Terminal 5 back to the car park.

On entering the car park it looks a bit shabby and I did wonder if it was the right choice, but the staff were friendly, took us straight to the airport, on return picked us up in no time, and our car was ready and waiting for us as we were dropped off - I'd recommend them, and certainly book them next time. Friendly staff, excellent service, and value for money. Thanks

My wife booked this for me and I wasn't expecting much for the price, but I was amazed at the way my car was treated. A secure compound, cameras, and super staff left me with no worries during my 2 weeks away. Even when my return journey was delayed by 24 hours, there was no problem. I just paid for the extra time and got my car back with a few minutes. Will definately use Happy Days again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thanks guys!

Happy days parking had a less than professional look about it and we drove passed and missed it at first - but everything went very smoothly. Swift transfer to departures and a minimal wait at arrivals. The car was ready and waiting for us when we got to the car park. Staff were ok, not overly in your face but not overtly chatty and smiley either. Overall - excellent value for money.

This was the best value parking available at the time but despite this the service provided was just as good if not better then other more expensive and fancier outfits. My vehicle was conveniently parked on return right by the stop off point and office which was helpful as I had heavy bags including a boxed mountain bike.
