A bit of a scrum getting on and off the buses. Insufficient luggage space in the racks so the floor gets blocked by cases and some passengers get grumpy! Overall quite efficient.

The car park was well signposted and easy to find. It looked very organized and we only had to wait a few minutes before a bus arrived to take us to the terminal. On our return, again the bus arrived very quickly and our car was waiting for us close by. We shall definately use this car park again.

Summer special parking was recommended by my sister. It was easy to book, easy to find, afordable and like valet parking without valet prices. I would definately use it again.

I have not travelled recently (we travelled in September) and I filled out a questionnaire at the time so not sure why I have been sent this again, 2 months later.

The only problem we encountered was that the direction arrows on some of the signs were difficult to follow because of the colour clash. Other than that, it was great. We will be using again next year.

We had no problems whatsoever and found the directions to be very good and the organisation excellent.

Have parked at manyairport car parks but this was simply the best - very easy to access = great and timely links both ways - additional credit was the car looked as if it had been cleaned whilst I was away. Will definitely use agian!

Service and car park excellent value for money the only problem I had with it is that there were not enough regular buses to and from the north terminal but there is somewhere warm and dry to wait on your outbound journey .Would use again.

The check in process was very efficient, quick and the staff knowledgable and friendly. I usually leave about 1 hour for parking the car, transfers to airport and check in at airport, we completed this process from leaving hotel to getting through security in less than 30 mins. The whole experience was pain and stress free, the way it is supposed to be. Very impressed and will use this service again. Thanks,

Considering it was the busiest time in August the service was quick, fast and friendly. Easy to use and self explanatory. The bus was on time and regular for pick-ups, we were able to get our luggage on easily and had a seat for all the family.

Have used SSP last three trips. Drop off and coach to Airport has been very impressive each time but on arriving back to Gatwick have had to wait minimum of twenty mins to max of 30 mins which seems quite a long time. Otherwise all pretty good.

Some difficulty in accessing Summer Special car park with road closures. The signs were not very easy to follow however eventually gained access and all went well.

Everything went well apart from transfer from airport to car park, when we waited for about 30 minutes in the cold, while several other car park courtesy coaches passed us by. In fairness, we did just miss the previous coach - but the delay to the next felt far too long.

booking was done on line.Parking facility was well signposted despite roadworks.When we arrived reception staff were helpfull and efficient.Transport coach arrived on time for our booking followed by a quick journey to the airport departure.On our arrival the coach turned up almost immediately and the return to our car was faultless.

We were very happy with our car parking experience and thought it was extremely well organised. In an ideal world we would have liked a shorter wait for the transfer bus as it was early hours of the morning and quite cold waiting for the bus. We must have just missed one as we had to wait about 20 mins.

A well run organisation with regular shuttles and all at a decent price. Staff in reception were not the most friendliest [also commented by people on the bus] but did their job ok

Well signposted, effeciently run at check in, good and frequent bus connections, not so frequent buses on return but it was early in the morning. Signposting at return bus stop below terminal could be better.

I wanted an on airport car park rather than off. The web site showed this was on airport parking but only in another area did it clarify that car keys would have to be left for the car to be moved to the parking area.

The directions to the summer parking was patchy coming from the M23. It may have been due to the road works. Go lost as we came to a T junction and no signs. On pick up when returned a long wait for the bus. ( 20 mins )
