car park was to far from terminal and staff were over worked apart from that it was pretty basic car parking,i was abit worried about parking my car when i got to the parking, i did not know what sort of staff were going to move it and how carefull they would be with it.

Unfortunately we booked this car park because we did not want to leave our car keys and on line said we did not have to. However reality was completely different and we had to leave our keys or try to re-book in another car park at exorbitant prices. So other people beware you DO have to leave your car keys at this car park

All information geared toward getting you away on holiday and back with minimum of stress and bother.

Leaving the car was simple and straight forward and transfr arrived within 5 mins. On return transfer arrived as we got to the stop. Collection was very friendly, quick and efficient even though it was 3.00am.

The site was easy to find, the staff helpful and the transport on time as promised. All in all it was a "no-hassle" start and finish to our holiday.

All went well until the pickup from the airport when we were tired and just needed to get the car and start our journey home. We waited 25mins at the airport, other buses came and went but not ours. The man in front of us so so fed up he rang the office and ranted about time he had waited. So good generally but more frequent buses required.

Efficient system of booking, easy to use, quick and timely transfers both ways. Car waiting for me even though flight had been delayed, everything went smoothly. Will use again.

Road closed but no additional signs so very hard to find. Long wait to check in car and had to fill out form (all info already on computer at other places I've used - just gave booking ref). Transfer coaches very crowded. Service was expensive. Would not use again.

Directios were good despite a diversion. Proceedure was clear and efficient. Transfers were on time and we were happy with our parking.Good value for money.

hi this is the best carpark on the gatwick site reasonable prices and i have never come across a more friendly and helpful set of people (they should give lessons on customer service to the airlanes) even when easyjet (twice) delayed my flights for 5 and 7 hours taking me over my allotted parking times they never charged me !!! just processed me thro and i was away home thats customer service when i use gatwick i will always use summer savers no one else will get a look in you try them you wont be disappointed you want to try them to

The parking matched the best price that we could find at the time, but we do consider it to be expensive for what it is. Following instructions taken off the web site, we arrived at one junction where it was not clear from the instructions or sign-posting, which way to turn. Other than this, we were fairly satisfied with what always tends to be an inconvenient and unwelcome addition to our travel abroad.

Easy to find, well marked by road signs. Efficient service with airport transfers every 20 minutes. All fine.

Very good value for price paid but lacked that little bit extra - still, you get what you pay for and I am certainly not complaining.

Go to Summer Special everytime as they are reasonable, good directions to get to them and helpful with my invalid mother

Sometimes you get what you pay for, and Summer Special Parking is not an experience I'd recommend. The instructions to the car park were poor (we got lost) and the staff surly. For some reason all the details you fill in online are a waste of time - you have to fill in a card with the same info again when you check in. There was quite a wait for the transfer bus both to and from the airport. The worst I've ever experienced. When we returned from holiday and went to get my car keys from reception I found that people were queueing out the door. In the end I had to wait around 15-20 minutes to get to the desk, only to find that my car wasn't ready. Not recommended!

The parking was eay to use and didnt wait long at all for a bus the only problem from North Terminal was no immediate signs as to where to catch the bus so therefore looking up and down for the bus stop it needs to be made clear when leaving the terminal.

Very easy to find, good signs to follow, transfers regular, value for money, will definately use again.

i had lost the details of our parking and on phoning the office the staff were very helpful and friendly, the car park was extremely well sign posted. The staff were courteous and helpful, even on our return at 3 in the morning! The transfers were punctual and we waited no more than 10 minutes. We would definately consider using the service again.

Our only comment would be to inform people before they arrive that they need their return flight number to hand as most people were not prepared and this caused a delay for most people. However a good service we are already booked with you again for October!!
