when i arrived the clock said 22 minutes until the next bus, when in fact it was guaranteed 20 minutes 24 hours a day. this was also not in the middle of the night, but at lunchtime on a thursday. this was a little disappointing.

Staff seemed bored at check in and not too helpfull. Trnsfer to and from terminal was good and we did not have to wait long to be picked up upon return.

Booked the summer special early to get the best price,which I did however after a few months I recieved an e-mail to say that I had been upgraded to the long stay plus car park as the car park operator would no longer be running transfers to the south terminal after 1st March. My experience of gosimply.com was excellent as the change in booking happened with no problems long stay plus car park was also excellent security was very tight with the barriers manned 24hrs car park very easy to find a very hassle free and quick departure and arrival.

Basically you got what you paid for. Quick check in and out. Buses can be up to 20 mins but have always been less for me which is fine. Very good value. Car has been looked after and ready for pick up.

I found the price reasonable, but upon returning from my holiday I discovered that the car park had not got proper directions and that I had parked in the standard NCP parking lot. I have called and emailed Summer Special to request a refund and met a brick wall.

The only gripe I have is that, having given Summer Special Parking (SSP) my arrival time,it can't be too difficult for SSP to know the numbers of passengers arriving at any given time. It therefore would be easy to make sure that the number of transfer buses is increased at peak times. Believe me, when you have just got off a 00:30 flight and spent 20 minutes in Immigration only to find that the bus you want to get on is full and the next is another 20 minutes away and your kids are tired and grizzly (like the bear!), you don't feel to charitable towards SSP. Everything else went like clockwork, the staff were great, though the lights out in the carpark could be better near the perimeter.

Friendly staff and well organized. The car park was clearly sign posted with bright easy to spot signage. The transfer bus was clean, punctual with plenty of space to put luggage.

Parking was well sign posted and easy to find. Helpful staff who checked car in. Bus was already waiting, went straight to the airport terminal. On the return jounrney the bus was waiting to pick everyone up, it was a bit of a struggle to get onto the bus purely as there were about 5 or 6 flights that all arrived at the same time but we managed to squeeze on! The car was parked in the car park and easy for us to collect. Definetely use this service again, easy and hassle free!

Despite not being able to initially locate my booking under the given reference the representatives accepted my car keys and didn't waste my time or delay my check in they sent me on my way and by the time I returned from my holiday they had sorted out the issue and found my booking so there was no problem. I was grateful to be sent to check in promptly and felt that they didn't pass on any panic or stress to me.

I have used Summer special car parks many times, with no problems, also very well priced.

realy helpful friendly staff.nothing was too much trouble. car was right outside the office on return. staff knew we had a disababled passenger so helped us right out!

after travelling all the way from shrewsbury, it was nice to have prompt service and on return also.

A good operation, check in and check out was organised. No hassle on return.

we have always used summer special parking but were not told that they do not service the south terminal anymore . it was quite a struggle on the train with 4 cases and golf clubs

I have usedd summer special several times and found it excellent service. I would'nt hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

I felt i was overcharged for this faciltiy, as i spoke to a number of people on my bus who had only paid around 52.00,. and othes 70.00 i paid 92.00 which is alot of difference. Therefore i im not at all pleased with this service.

All in all the start and finish of the holiday was facilitated with a smooth seamlessness which I have come to expect from the company. In all respects the company has got it right, form the arrival parking to the frequent timing of the buses. Well done

We found the site easy to find and parked up next to the office. The facilities in the building, though not grand, where more than adaquate. Transfer to the terminal was every twenty mins and were on time. Drop off and pick up was also very easy with out having to walk miles. And retriving the car keys was hassle free. All in all a very good package.
