I was happy with Summer Special Parking until we had to catch the coach from the airport to go back to the car park. It was a mad scrum just to get on the coach. Everyone pushing and shoving, there was a big queue to get on and it was mayhem. This has put me off so i will not use this service again.

This is the second year we have used the Summer Parking Special and the service provided was very good and the the transfer easy and prompt. Good value for money and no problems at all.

The car park is extremly easy to find, you park straight away, fill out a tag and hand in your keys then your away. very good service ... would recommend

Everything was as we hoped. Very efficient if not overly friendly staff (but who would be at 4am) and we didn't wait long either way for our transfer bus. Would definitely use this service again.

Have used summer special parking on many occasions and will continue to do so. Both times have found good rates, although they can vary from day to day. so i just kept looking until a good price came up. Quick and simple and not far from Airport.

The whole deal was very efficient from being shown where to park, checking your vehicle in, transfer to the airport and the same on pickup. I would definitely use again and would recommend it.

The parking was easy to use and relived us of some of the holiday travel stress. It was very good value for money.

Very well organised and something I would use again as long as the costings don't drammatically increase.

the car park was well sign posted which made it easy to find,it was secure and easy instrutions made it easy to use,the only downside was the staff behind the counter seemed very abrupt.

Got to the parking, dropped off the car and keys in 5 min, waited 10min for transfer that took us right by the checking desks. On return, 5min to collect the keys ans we were off. Probably the easiest car park we have tried in Gatwick so far.

the signs to the carpark were well displied ,just so easy to drop car of and collect.will book again, with those cheap prices!

I would use them again as they were definately the best value for money available but you must leave yourself enough time to cover the transfer from car park to airport. If the bus is missed there is a 15min wait before the next one and if like us you are a large family group it takes a bit of time to load on and off again.

A straightforward service booked through the internet with no issues that delivered as promised with excellent value for money.

Both departure and arrival worked well. Prompt buses, efficient system when parking car - and car was easily and quickly located within a couple of minutes on our return. A well organised operation - I was impressed and recommend the service. Could you please go and train the baggage handlers at Gatwick whose 'service' was a disgarace.

Easy to find, well sign posted. Prompt and polite service at reception. comfortable bus straight to upper level main entrance at South Airport. On return, bus was waiting at stop number 10. Again staff at reception were prompt, polite and efficient. Car was remarkably clean and easy to return to M23 from Summer Special Parking. Will definitely use again.

straight forward to find easy check in shuttle buses plentiful and quick. on return caught bus and back on motorway home within half hour very pleased with service would use again

The staff were friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The coach transfers were speedy and both times we only had to wait 10 minutes. The car was easy to find when we arrived back from our holiday. In all we were very happy with the service provided and would definitely use it again.

Everything was as you would expect. We were cutting it a bit fine for a flight on arrival and maybe a sign should be put up to say that you can use the monorail from North to South terminal & vice versa to help people.

well signposted, parked gave in keys, got on bus arrived at terminal. Everyone very friendly superb service. Return journey just about had time for a smoke b4 bus arrived. Would def use again.

On arriaval back from our holiday we had lost our ticket, the staff were brilliant and very helpful. No extra charges. Peace of mind whilst away that car was in safe hands. Would definately recommend.
