First time of parking at the airport, will definitely use the facility again and recommend to others.

Very organised and efficient service. My only problem was that when I collected my car I had a flat tyre that had been picked up during the transfer journey from the drop off point to the actual parking area. The parking area for this service is a few miles away and the driver of my car left it for my collection upon my return from holiday with a flat tyre that had 2 screws embedded in it. The result was that I had to change my tyre before I could set off on my journey home. No help was offered by the staff.

Everything ran like clockwork.Coach was waiting for us to arrive,not us waiting for them.My car was safe and secure and easy to find when i returned from holiday.Staff had everything ready for me,so no hanging around for keys.Driver was great,very helpful.Transfer smooth and quick to airport and back.Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends.Well done to all staff.

I've used the Summer Special many times and will do again in a few weeks' time. Just to add I used the Ladies toilets and on both occasions they were immaculate - many restaurants, pubs etc could take lessons from the cleaning service.

As said in the summary, could find no fault, staff helpful, facillities were all in place to make it easy drop off and pick up on return.

We missed a bus transfer as we arrived but the next one was not long to wait. It was nice to get dropped off right outside the terminal and there was someone waiting for us on time on the arrival, and we were 7 hours delayed. Overall a very good service which i would use again. The only down side which we were not happy with was we noticed that a couple of pound was missing from the change tray in the car.

Easy to follow site directions, close drop off point very short distance to walk with cases,frequent bus service to terminal, outward & inward travel. Curtious and helpful staff.

Nice stuff,fast transfer and good value for money!My battery was flat and in 5 minutes I got a help to start the engine and there are signposts so you can't miss it if you don't use a sat nav.All in all,well-organized service.Highly recommended!!!

Due to a delay on the M1 we arrived at the car park 20 minutes before the flight check in closed and we still had to get the transfer bus. We were told that the next bus was in 20 minutes which meant that we would miss our flight because the check in desk would have shut. The staff then went out of their way to transport us personally to the departure terminal so that we could get to the check in in time. We made it!! This was excellent customer service and we will always be using this car park. Everything was straight forward and excellent. Thank you.!

I found the price to be very competetive and the quality of the service/location of the facility to be very good,

friendly & helpful staff. tablet soap not hygenic for public toilets would like to see liquid hand wash.toilets could be cleaner. apart from that excellent service especially the lady on the exit gate at 02.30am!

Arrived back in early hours of the morning,we hit coach time at nearly max of 20 minutes but that was just the timing.On arrival at site quick service and car was ready near the office.

I would use again but would hope the long wait on the return journey was a one off. (3 NCP coaches said a summer special coach would be along shortly! It didnt help that it was so cold and windy on our return to freezing Britain) I have used this company before and had much better service.

We liked the fact the bus runs 24 hrs, had hardly got to the pick up point when a bus arrived. Great.

Sealess from the excellent directions and signage through too the transfers and on return the fast and efficienct hand over. well recommeded

Good start to the holiday with a receptionaist who was wide awake and ready to help at 3.00 a.m. Same lady still on duty 10 days later at 1500 hrs - when does she sleep?

Excellent parking, relatevely easy to find. I recommend dropping your passengers and luggage first before going to the parking.

the only thing i would like to see more of is more frequent buses to and from the terminal. or perhaps a digital board that tells you how many minutes you have to wait.

All was very good apart from the radio being tuned to Radio 1 - we hate that! and £1 left in the car for the tunnel went missing. A shame as otherwise a good experience

i was able to go away with no worries about my car. on arrivong back the staff were friendly and polite.which after a flight and retrieving baggage is most welcome. thanks.
