Everthing that I required and had booked happened very smoothly in a reasonable amount of time with major discomfort. The tranfer bus was a little crouded on the way back but I could live with that for 7 minutes!!

The service was exactly as hoped for, making the process from car to airport very smooth and avoiding the possible stresses of airport transfer.

We had to use another car as the car we were going to use refused to start.... no problem .... very nice ladies on the desk....

Easy to follow signs to parking, just dropped car close to reception and they park it somewhere for you. Only criticism had to wait about 25mins for bus to pick up from terminal on way back.

Easy to find simple to use very nice helpful people especially the bus driver we had going to the airport. would have no problem using them again.

It was well signposted and easy to find, we were pointed in the right direction upon entry, reception were very quick indeed and we only waited a short time for the courtesy bus which stopped right outside reception so we didn't have to walk anywhere with our cases. We thought it was competitively priced too and will certainly use them again and recommend them to our friends.

It's easy to find and park, the staff are helpful and the transfer to the North Terminal is hassle free. I've used Summer Special Parking twice now and they offer the best value for money and a great service.

From the easy-to-follow website instructions on how to get there, & the clear road signs at the airport, to the simple process conducted by cheerful, efficient staff, I found the whole thing impressively straightforward.

Staff were too busy having a personal conversation to greet customers; return coach was a long time in coming and certainly more than 20 minutes; the notice board at pick up point did not work properly which meant that it consistently announced the arrival of a bus when there was not one coming! Confusing signage with other parking meant that I went to a car park I did not mean to book or indeed to arrive at.

When booking on the internet the process was easy & a reasonable cost compared to public transport including dragging cases round stations ect. the only confusing thing was on arrival we had to fill out a booking form card, it would be much easier if the car park desk needs another piece of paper filled in & presented at the last minute, a voucher size printout could be printed off at the time of booking on the internet, this could be cut out & presented along with the vehicle keys on arrival. No other problems were encountered & signage plus directions were all good, plus helpfull staff.

The best way to say how I found this parking experience is that at no time was I stressed before my holiday or after everthing was completed smoothly with no worries inbetween.

We were greeted by a friendly car park attendant and given directions in a very polite way,check in was quick and efficient.

No one told us that they have no bus service to the South terminal which meant getting the bus to the North terminal then the monorail to South terminal for departure and the same in reverse on arrival - inconvenient and a trek with cases and kids so overall I would not use again

I have used this service a couple of times and find it easy, efficient and well run. Despite a lot of people the queue was not long.

for everything to work efficiently all one needs to do is read the instructions beforehand and have the necessary information ready to fill in the parking form before going to the desk.

We have used Summer Special Parking several times and have always been very satisfied

happy overall but frequency of buses was a little longer than usual in Long term parking.
