Would use this parking again, very easy, however Parking attendants need to look where they are going when driving as when they drove my car away they almost crashed into another vehicle

Very easy to book and easy to use. Just leave your car near the entrance on arrival and hop on the bus. Best of all, you can just get the bus back when you land and your car is waiting for you. No hassle, good service. Will definitely park here next time we go away.

would like to have more frequent transfer times but its good trfs are not to both north and south terminal.

Directions to site - excellent. Staff at reception were friendly and highly efficient both on arrival prior to leaving Gatwick for my holiday to the collection of my vehicle through to departure on return. No fault in the service was observed; it was a pity we got so wet on return due to heavy rainfall. Perhaps your staff could be trained to controll the weather to make the service provided 150% !!!!!!! Well done all.

we had no problems what so ever just turned up, left key with reception and on return our car was waiting for us at reception and beleive me we needed it to be because when we arrived back into gatwick it was minus 8 excellent service and staff very friendly and a smile thankyou all

Dropping of & picking up car was reasonably efficient. On arrival staff were brusque and totally unhelpful & disinterested. (we were unsure of terminal). On departure an equally dismissive wave into the frost left us searching for our car for 10 minutes.

Whole process stress free. Booking easy, directions detailed, turned up and process straight forward and clear. Definately made experience easier with two young children. Would use again.

No problem booking in, transfer was quick and painless and exactly the same on the return leg. It enabled my family and I to park and retrieve our car with the minimum of fuss. Excellent service

Very good, efficient and cheap service. Coaches schedule is very good and strictly on time. This is service you can rely on. using it second time and definitely will be using again.

Had to return four days earlier than planned. My daughter in UK phoned to tell them and the car was available to collect immediately we arrived back in UK. Very satisfied.

alot of coaches going to south, not many going to north treminal. had to ask a driver to change terminals as no staff outside to rearrange.

Suggestion for a sign as leaving Car Park entrance - we nearly turned wrong way into an industrial estate in THE DARK.

Directions with no map meant my family and many others qued at the wrong point and missed the bus transfer. When 'phoning Summer Parking for help/guidance the response was poor at best.

We only to wait a couple of minutes for bus and the transfer to the airport took around 5 minutes. We had to wait a little longer for the return bus (which at midnight on christmas eve in the freezing temperatures was a little annoying). However, on arrival for keys etc. all very straight forward and we were out of the car park within a few minutes. Overall was good value for money as the car parks on site of the airport were far more. I would use this service again.

We've parked with Summer Special for our last three holidays. We keep using them because of their excellent service, easy online booking and consistent best price. By using internet comparison sites and initiating bookings but backing out we have found that other operators' advertised price claims do not always stand up.

A trustworthy place to park your car for the duration of your trip. Easy to find and the transfers to and from the airport are efficient.

Had to cancel my holiday through no fault of my own, so I lost out on the parking. I am sure your service is fine.

If you use this company make sure you check for minor damage . At night pickups ask about using a halogen light to examine the vehicle (which they purport to have).

so we will use you again, we just had nearly four weeks in the states and was promised a lift from the airport, got let down had to get home by train, so will use you from now on.

We have used Summer Special parking quite a few times in the past without any complaints. We have two holidays in June and July 2009 but it depends on cost as to what parking company we will use at Gatwick. Beat other prices and we will continue to use your company.
