Would thoroughly recommend the facility and service to all friends and relations.

The car park was easy to find and the transfer to the terminal took only a few minutes. Check in was easy on arrival as was the collection of keys and car on my return. New users can book with confidence.

As stated above this really sets you up for the holiday.It gets you in the Holiday mood!!!!

Parking was close to the airport, and easily found by following the clear signs for Summer Special Parking. The mini bus dropped us outside the terminal. Also, the bus on the way back was easy to find, situated outside the terminal. OVerall a good experience.

We were delayed ovver 25 hours which meant we had to leave the car an extra night. Although my ticket said valid untl 14:38 on 12th and we returned at 18:: on tthe 12th the agent insisted we had to pay an extra night. I half expected this and did not complain but I did note the people next to me who suffered the same delay did not have to pay any extra ! I knew they rang the night before to inform the car park of the delay so I asked the agent if that would have made a difference if I had rung ahead. The agent was vvery offhand and just insisted on me paying. Not very helpful for future reference

Easy to find. Easy to use. Transfer bus to airport was most annoying as v few seats. Never been on a trfr bus like it. Had to wait about 15-20 minutes to get transfer bus back to carpark. V annoying to then have to walking round carpark to find car as opposed to car being located immediately in front of collection office!

The 15 minute wait for the transfer bus at the end of the holiday and late evening, when all other holidaymakers appeared to have been picked up, was unfortunate. However, we may have just missed the previous collection. Apart from this comment, the service was up to expectations.

Had used the park before on this occasion, the car was chipped and the garage key was missing!! The reception staff are friendly and helpful.

Found the staff very friendly and patient. The office was clean and tidy even at five thirty in the morning. the only thing that let the summer special parking down a little bit was the fact that the transfers did seam to be running late on the return trip but this may well have been due to the high number of people trying to get on the buses at my time of return.overall the service that I received was outstanding

Sineage to reception was easily followed. Check-in was not a problem but it would have helped to know beforhand exactly what was required to be writen on the key lable so that the details could be at hand rather than having the rummage. Pick-up was almost immidiate, instructions to vehicle precise and chap on the gate very friendly. We would certainly use your facilities again.

Straightforward and hassle free way to start and finish your holiday. Easy to book on the net, friendly efficient helpful staff at the check in desk, quick and easy bus transfers - best parking at Gatwick!

Excellent service from the Staff. However there was no sign at one of the T-junctions when trying to find the car park which resulted in a wrong turn and a slight detour around Gatwick. Got there in the end though.

Had difficulty finding the place but it was my own fault too early in the morning, when I found their excellent system of direction boards it was no problem' Ivor Russell

easy to locate the car park. the busses ran regular and the whole thing was made quite simple with no hassel at all 10/10

It was good value-for-money and I will use Summer Special Parking again. Transfer times to the airport were very quick. Instructions to get to the parking area need could be clearer and indicate that the perimiter road was transected at the roundabout and can easily go down the wrong part. Was helpful to come across road signs to the SP carpark. Area inside office to queue up to fill out the form to go with the car keys was not clear, could be better signed or explained - either immediately on entering the foyer or at the time of booking- telephone or online eg "Please have your flight details to hand after you have parked your car". Not sure the information time to next service was accurate but helpful to know when next bus due. Hope this helps A P Whitehead

Disappointed with the amount of time we had to wait for the return bus - the airport was extremely busy which was reflected on the passengers cramming into the bus. Digital readout stated a 6 minute wait for alot longer than 6 minutes??!!

Parking, coaches and transfers were fine. The only blemis was that car didn't start and light switch had been changed, possibly draining battery if left at wrong parking light position at some point. Possibly this arose through unfamiliarity with the Volvo continental lighting system - headlamps turn on/off on with ignition if switch is left on 0 or far right setting - if turned to middle parking setting, sidelights remain on with ignition off (draining power) We had already called out AA before reporting to reception - a chap appeared promptly within 10 minutes just before the AA man with a charging device, but this failed to provide enough current though the battery system. The AA were able to restart with their more powerful kit.

Due to weather, our flights were cancelled and it took a few days to be able to get back. The extra 2 days to be paid for cost as much as the 5 days originally booked! Aside from that the shuttles were prompt, easy to find and the staff courteous.

arrived earlier than planned but was not a problem ... bus transfers were very frequent and quick.. and the car was safe and secure... no problems at all will use again if flying from gatwick.... M.Hennessey.

As I said, the system works well and the transfer buses are punctual. The signs to the car park are however, appalling, especially in bad driving conditions and when driving alone. Must be greatly improved! Bigger and lit up please!
