STAFF IN THE OFFICE AND THE BUS DRIVERS WERE ALL VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. NOTHING WAS TO MUCH TROUBLE. WILL DEFINATELY USE SIMPLY PARKING FOR OUR NEXT HOLIDAY!

I have tried various car parking facilities around Gatwick and Heathrow. This was probably the best yet for price, location and ease of use. I had no security concerns on at all.

Easy to find staff were very helpful transfers were quick a stress free start to are holiday, i would recommend this car park to anyone. From Richard Wilkins

The staff were extemely knowledgeable about terminals and flight numbers when we had received contradictory information from others! They took the stress away!

Can recommend summer special, very quick and easy to hand over the car. Bus transfers basic but ok. Had to wait on the return for bus but for no longer than the max 20mins. Procedure to pick up car simple and only 0.6 miles extra on the clock. Would use sgain.

Prebooked online for a very reasonable £50. Used them twice now and both times have been excellent and hassle free. Would recommend and will use them again!

The outward flight was about 13:00 the return was just after midnight, but there was no problem finding the coach back; which came within 10 minutes.

Very efficient and convenient service. On our return, I found we had lost our car-parking ticket. But this was no problem for the Summer Special staff who had a quick and easy process for dealing with that. This is the second time we have used Summer Special parking, and we find it great.

I have used several airport parking companies and they are usually very friendly, However I found this not to be the case in this instance - neither on my booking in or my collecting. I was disappointed and should I find someone offering a similar price I will not be using this company again

I arrived, parked, went to the airport. Returned, picked up my car and left. I was in and out of the car park before I had time to give it any thought, which is exactly how it should be.

Really great bit of a winge when I sat back in my car mirrors had been moved radio on diff chan seat had been moved and took a little while to get comfy, hey but did'nt change my mind GREAT SERVICE

A very busy car aprk due to the low cost, be prepared for a scrum to get onto the bus when you get back at a busy time!!

BAA should give you your own pick up point bus stop to avoid the confusion that was evident. Some passengers were unsure wether to get on your coaches or NCP's

The staff were friendly even at 3 in the morning and very helpful. The transfers were fast and regular taking from door to door. Our car was parked safely for us as soon as we arrived and was waiting by the door for us when we returned. All in all it was a breeze to use this service! Wouldn't hesitate to use it again!

Outbound wait for bus probably seemed long as it was 5.00 a.m. but all went smoothly and car conveniently near office for collection on our return.

Generally this worked well. The route to the car park was well signed and not too far from the terminal. The car was in the compound waiting when we got back. The wait for transfer bus was minimal. Cost was reasonable. You have to let them park your car and bring it back to await your return. Not everyone would be happy with strangers driving their car.
