Easy to book and competitive value. Site is convienient for North Terminal. Staff helpful - some older customers had problems with luggage - maybe someone readily on hand to assist loading and unloading would be welcomed and provide a differentiator from others.

The directions to the parks and advice on checking in before AND on our return from abroad were very clear and most helpful. The car had been well looked after and was easy to find on our return. We shall definitely book with you again if we travel from Gatwick again. Thank you VERY much.

The facility is close to the airport so very convenient and the bus to take you was on time. My only criticism was you needed to fill out a form as you arrive, most people book online so the form should be automatically generated. Also toilets could be clean.

Close to the terminal with short transfer from carparking to the airport. very short wait for transport at both ends. Intructions very clear and useful

Simple to find on the internet, quick payment on line, well signed at the airport, did what it said on the tin. Very pleased.

Some people may find the baggage racks on the bus difficult to use with large and heavy bags. Some floor level space needed for these or the aisles get overcrowded, albeit for a journey of only a few minute.

I think a shuttle every 20 mins is too long. The shuttle was full and people had to stand.

Booked day before travel and got a good price. Once I had handed in keys I was straight on a bus to the airport with no problems whatsoever. Good value for money and when back from my holiday just picked up the keys and car was ready to go.

We have used Summer Special Parking for the past 4 years and have always found the service to be excellent. We have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a courtesy bus (albeit that they can be a bit overcrowded). Very good value for money and I love the convenience of being able to use our own car as it avoids the car seat dilemma in a cab.

Good service, good parking, book early for summer special - however note the bus is every 20 minutes. When we arrived, we just missed it, but on return it arrived within a minute at Gatwick Airport.

Cheerful staff, especially as it was the middle of the night. Directions to car park confusing so we missed it on first approach and had to double back.

Everything worked as it should. With good timing had no wait from the carpark to the terminal. Less lucky on the return but did not have to wait more than the 20 min stated in your literature. Would consider using this service again.

Last year we used a different company where you had to make a phone call when you returned to ensure your car was ready. It was a nightmare as the phone was constantly busy. Summer Special Parking was extremely efficient. We were back and in our car within 15 minutes of walking out of the airport terminal. Great service.

We were very impressed with the efficiency of the summer special parking at Gatwick Airport. There was no queuing or waiting, the car was ready for our return and only had one extra mile on the clock! The bus was waiting for us at the airport on our return, which was a welcome sight at 1am after a late flight, and the key return could not have been quicker.

At midnight a lot of people were queuing at the North Terminal bus stop for the return trip. The queue wasn't well organised and I don't think everyone who was meant to get on the first bus managed to. I assume that these people had to wait another 20 minutes even though there was an empty bus sitting back in the car park when we got there.
