At 1am in the morning to walk out and a coach be waiting could not have asked for more. The transfers are frequent, spaces a plenty. Good value and easy. Staff could be a little friendlier in the car park and on the buses

i did find the parking experience very quick and convenient and this is reflected in the slightly higher price.

Everything went more or less to plan BUT the directions need improving both for departure and when waiting for the coach on our return to airport. There was no CLEAR signage for either,which is a little frustrating. Minor problem occured with the ticket not releasing the barrier and quickly cured by obtaining a replacement from site office.

Easy to find. on site, no waiting around. only minutes to the terminal. reasonable price for weeks parking.

All very easy, no hassle parking at this car park, just what you need to start and end your hoilday.

I had an early flight and there was a coach waiting. I got a bit confused with where to park but the staff soon put me right. The bus back was a bit longer as they visit each bus stop in turn - fine if you're at stop 1 or 2, but at stop 13 I was feeling a bit coach sick! But was in no hurry, so didn't matter at all. Very good service overall.

The car park was easy to find from the directions given on the site that I booked with. There was a bit of a problem finding a car parking space but we did after about 7 minutes. The buses were frequent and easy to use; getting to the terminal in a really short time Exiting the car park was easy and we will use this srvice again

As I live only 20 minutes from Gatwick it is more economical for me to use the carpark facility than a taxi.

We drove in, found a parking space and walked a few yards to the nearest bus stop. My wife is in a wheelchair and the drivers in both directions couldn't have done any more to help, they were fantastic. Made the holiday much less streesful, as we knew when we returned to the airport we were just a short bus drive away from our car. This is the second year we have used you and we will never think of another option.

Second time used this car park and no problems experienced either time, despite leaving car unlocked for a week last year! Busses and drivers punctual and helpful. Entry and exit simple and work well. Will no doubt park here again in the future

directions when you turn off the road could be clearer as I ended up in the parking plus one first - but a small quibble.

there was nothing easier than driving into a pre booked parking space knowing that on your return all that you have to do is unlock your car jump in and drive off it could not have been easier thankyou

Everything went according to plan until on our return we could not get the barrier to lift. The attendant had to put our ticket through the computer in order to work the barrier. We arrived back very late at night and just wanted to get home so this experience was very frustrating

The proximity to the airport made our holiday parking a non event 15 minutes from parking and we had checked in, leaving plenty of time to watch the Grand Prix and have a full breakfast in a bar in Gatwick Village.

The service was efficient and I had no long delays for the bus. I did not have my card when I returned but as long as I filled in the form and produced my Passport is was not a problem

It was easy to find the car park and easy to park. The bus came quickly and we arrived at the airport promptly.

The car park was well signposted and the directions that had been provided when I booked were great. I found the price very reasonable. The buses between the car park and the terminal were very regular and were comfortable.

We did not wait at all for buses - they were waiting for us on departure and arrival- drivers friendly and the automatic number plate thing worked a treat.

we managed to get on the wrong shuttle and ended up at the Parking Plus site. This caused us a bit of incovenience as we then had to travel back to the terminal and get the correct bus. Now, I realize that this was our own fault but the signs for the shuttle buses seemed hard to find in the terminal. Suggest increased signage. Otherwise, an excellent experience with friendly shuttle drivers (most) and helpful reception staff. Will continue to use

The travel directions were spot-on, the entry and exit went without a hitch, the buses to and from the airport were very frequent, there was quite a long walk transferring from South to North Terminal to get to the monorail, but no big deal. On return to North Terminal the directions to the Long stay car parks were a bit tricky to find and the Airport staff were rather clueless, so it would be helpful to have taken with us some good return directions. Overall. trouble free and very good value if booked well in advance.
