The carpark was easy to find the staff were very helpful and although we had a long delay going to our holiday destination and another when coming back the coach transfer driver was extremely happy and told jokes to cheer us all up on the way back in the early hours of the morning so thank you and we were not charged any extra even though it went into the next day well worth doing in advance thank you

The problems with finding access to the available parking areas was time comsuming and as we were a little later than planned we could see spaces but the staff directed us away from them hence we were frustrated with all the unecessary driving around we had to do we eventually found asuitable space byt this too 15 mins off our available time the staff seemed hell bent on getting us as far as possible away from the airport, so we wasted valuable time and very nearly missed our flight due to this factor, so perhaps it would be better if you had some late arrivals parking just inside the gates provided you had the proof of the urgency of the parker, perhaps part of the information on your system shows thir flight details so that if held up in traffic you would realise their situation and get them parked withour further delay., every flight has a gate closing time therfore you can tell just how much time they have to park and get to their gate. Whilst in another country the parking owners have just this system, so why not you? We will be travelling to Spain several more times this year on business, and we will be parking again on 3rd July 2009 who we use will depend upon what your company can offer us , mind you, we will leave home 30mins earlier this time to allow for any traffic delays.We could not cope with another trip out like our last one! I am unable to accurately comment on the Customer service as I didn't need to see anyone. Booked online, paid online, drove to parking, received ticket with booking reference on it (proving registration recognition works), parked car, went on holiday, returned to car via coach, inserted ticket into machine at exit, barrier went up, my family and I drove home. Hassle free parking just how I like it.

Had a very straightforward, stress-free parking experience. Like the easy exit procedure. Thank you.

We have booked with you twice and would certainly use your site again. The price and efficiency is excellent.

I decided to pre book our car parking place to ensure that there would be enough space during a busy 1/2 term break! Purely peace of mind. The saving was minimal, when you actually look at the total holiday price, but it was still a little cheaper! The staff directing the cars were polite and informative and the transfer coach driver, on the coach to the airport, was ok. The return driver was a cheerful man, helpful with instructions etc. The transfer time was short and we had no wait for a coach. Parking was easy and made the start and finish of our holiday smooth. I would recommend the long term parking service.

The instructions with the booking confirmation are very clear and easy to follow and the long stay parking is easy to access. The bus service is extremely efficient - we waited less than 5 minutes on arrival and return. The drivers are helpful and patient with people struggling with luggage and young children. Travelling is a stressful experience nowadays, but this gave us a very calm and hassle-free start and end to our holiday.

Only fault was with paperwork as it did not state that if you have a special code on your parking ticket, you do not need to stop at exit, park and go into office. This wasc only complaint otherwise suberb service with no waiting when we arrived at airport at either beginning or end of our holiday

Regular transferes meant no waiting around both going and coming back. Reasonably priced for onsite parking, was happy with the service.

It was the first time we had used the Long Stay South Park and were very impressed with its location, systems and easy to follow directions. It is slightly more expensive than off airport parking but well worth the bit extra. The bus driver was extremely personable and the bus stops and walk ways very safe.

I was travelling with my small son and husband so we wanted to get from car-prk to airport quickly and easily and we managed that with you, one of the staff even directed us to the spaces that were nearest to the bus stop to make things easier for us. buses ran very regularly, we probably only waited a couple of minutes. Next time I fly out from Gatwick I will use you again.

Easy to enter and exit when you arrive at the barrier, signs for the entrance should read same as on invoice, not clear and confusing.

Arrived in the early hours. Plenty of buses ready to take you to the airport - and bring you back on return but the car park consists of four very large sites. Make sure YOU you write down the site number and row number, plus the nearest bus stop otherwise you will have a big problem locating your vehicle on return. This is not printed on the ticket.

My only problem was the drop off to car on return. You had new bus stop 7 and old bus stop 7 we were at old 7 and dropped at new would have helped to know there were two. Not easy at midnight

Convenient, pretty easy, we left the car confident it would be OK ... and it was. Apart from the bus back being very crowded, flawless. Would certainly use again.

The recent upgrade to the bus stops is a great improvement. There is now more space to park your suitcases, and it is easier to get on and off the bus.

i felt good when i saw my car without any damage to it. The transfer journey was good. I would definitively reuse the service again. big thank you :p
