It would be more convenient if the exit was automated. i had to exchange my entry ticket for an exit ticket before being able to leave the car park.

We were worried about when we would get there, how many bags we would take, not to miss the flight and so but most of all, relying on public transport to get us there on time was a worry and an inconeivience. Using the parking service was very helpful and convenient. No waiting for buses and trains in the rain, no being late due to late trains or buses and best of all it only cost £3 more. I would decaffeinately use it again.

Very good value for money - did not have to turn keys over to car park staff. Buses very frequent but also busy and sometimes very crowded. Will definately use again.

Plenty of parking spaces, transfer bus ready and waiting on arrival and departure,exits and paystations easy to find, good value for money.

This is the second time using this car park and would definitely recommend it. It's very close to Gatwick South Terminal and the transfers are regular. If you also book a bit in advance you get a good deal... definitely value for money.

One comment; although the buses were frequent I was not amused when, after parking the car and within 10 metres of the bus stop, the bus waiting there closed its doors in our face and drove off. It was probabnly only 5 mins until next bus but it was rather unfriendly and not amusing at 5am.

I loved the automatic number plate recognition. We can not say any more because it was just perfect. Thanks.

Easy to use,saved me money by booking in advance, and no problems checking out of the car park with the number plate recognition system.All in all to be recommended.

The return to the car park took longer than expected because the airport was very busy so the first bus was full and had to wait for a second. The bus started at zone A and then moved into Zone E and since we were Zone B this was frustrating.

Lovely man directed us to park (in pouring rain). Parking good except quite a lot of the car park was out of use. Coach drivers good, especially the return trip very helpfully telling us where we were and asking which bus stop we wanted. Overall excellent, although I paid more than I usually do.

Quick transfer to the airport but slow, circuitous route back to the car.

Easy to book on line, good directions to the car park and excellent transfers to and from the South terminal. Value for money.

Just park and leave. The shuttle bus showed up promptly and it was a short rid to the terminal. I will definitely use again if I fly from Gatwick.

had to change our car registration due to taking another car 2 days before parking, this was done with no hassle. Staff were all highly professional and excellent. Made our trip even more of an enjoyment due to the parking facilities. Will definately use again and recommend to everyone.

Easy to find and entry was simple. Close to the terminal the bus transfers were quick we didn't have to wait long for the bus to arrive.

Directions were good. No issues with parking or coach collection. Remember to put your car park ticket in a place you can find it when you get back to your car. Makes exiting the car park a little quicker! If you do misplace it it's simple enough to check with attendant in the office and issued another ticket.

Good experience, easy and quick to park, no long waits for buses and charming lady bus driver on return who ensured you were dropped at the required bus stop with the minimum for delay.

A pretty straight forward, trouble free experience without having to speak to anyone. Which is fine, but what if I had a query or was experiencing difficulties.........?

A good clean car park very close to the terminal with regular bus pickups.
