Have used a valet service before at Stansted Airport and found this to be the ideal service for time saving and convenience, however I wish I could say the same about the service provided via Maple Manor Parking. I followed the instructions given for collection and return of my vehicle. Prior to my holiday no representative of the company was at the agreed collection point dispite following their instructions to contact them when joining the M23 and I had to drive around to block twice after being told their driver was on route to pick up my vehicle. Upon my return I had a similar experience having called them as per their instructions and left waiting almost an hour before my vehicle was returned.

I needed to change my car and arrival details the day before I left and it was no problem, the car was picked up as soon as we got there and only had to wait 15 mins when we came back, will be using again much better then the mucking about you get with off site parking waiting for buses etc, you probley save an hour each end

This was my first experience of this type of airport parking and it really was very impressive. An extremely polite member of staff was waiting for us when we arrived. On our return, there was some confusion at the other end of the phone over the timing of our flight arrival. But despite this, by the time we got to the pick up point we waited no more than a couple of minutes for our vehicle to be delivered. So much more relaxing than normal parking and well worth the money. I would certainly use Maple Manor again.

There was a bit of a mix-up when we arrived and the car was not actually sent until we chased it 20 minutes later. Having said that, we called coming out through customs on our return and then only had to wait 5 mins for it to be delivered to us toasty warm (which was much appreciated at 2am on a cold November morning)!

The price was on offer at the time of our booking but worth every penny. It was so much more simple to use and you drive in and drive straight out of the terminal. Saves time and hassle which is not needed on the start and end of your holiday. Service was quick and efficient - will use again in the future from Gatwick.

On collection the only complaint I had, was the lack of communication to the driver collecting car. The original booking I made was for a silver scenic but I had amended the booking twice by phone, the 2nd time being confirmed by telephone on the M23 that we were in a blue megane estate. The driver was looking for a silver Scenic, so we didn't actually meet up for about 5 mins. and only then, because I noticed a MMP logo on a driver's jacket in a van. Otherwise, the service was very good and although again, we had to wait 15 mins when we landed back at Gatwick, we were atleast able to wait in the terminal for a phone call on our mobile to go outside. (It was minus 2degrees outside and we had just arrived back from 25 degrees). It was lovely to get into a warmed up car ready to drive home. We always use a valet service at Gatwick and nothing else. However, as we travel 5/6 times a year we do go with the cheapest valet parking (a recognisable company that is) at the time of booking, and that varies.

The whole is experience was absolutely painless, from booking through receiveing my car back late on a Sunday evening. The staff were friendly, corteous and offered a very professional service at a great price. I would recommend them and will certainly be using them again.

What an excellent service. We have never used a meet and greet before, always too expensive, but this was exceptional value for money and matched by an exemplary service. The drivers were extremely courteous and the whole thing went smoothly from being met when we drove into the airport to the car being delivered back to us promptly. We were both extremely impressed. Would definately use Maple Manor again and recommend them highly.

The web-site and booking confirmation email gave a drop-off point for the car which was confirmed by staff manning the telephone 15 minutes before we were due to drop our car off, ahead of our outward journey. We proceeded to follow these instructions and found no-one waiting for us. After another 15 min's wait at the drop-off point given (i.e. 30 min's after I spoke to the person on the phone for the first time), I phoned again and was given a completely different drop-off point. Very inconvenient as we had already unloaded our luggage by this time. Then, upon picking the car up after our holiday, we were charged £2.50 for phoning in 15 minutes before our agreed drop-off time for our outward journey! This is in spite of instructions on the web-site as well as the booking confirmation email that we should phone in when we reach the M25 turn-off to Gatwick to 'fine-tune' our drop-off time AND despite the fact that, due to Maple's incorrect drop-off point directions, we were eventually met only 15 min's after our agreed drop-off time! Totally inconceivable!

I would definitely recommend this service to others. We were met on our arrival at the airport as we pulled into the designated meeting place and again the car was waiting for us as we came through customs. Will use this service again without a doubt.

Attempted to contact Maple Manor to arrange meet and greet rendezvous 15 minutes before scheduled arrival at Gatwick Airport as per instructions. Gave up after 30 minutes of unsuccessful calls and parked at NCP long stay carpark instead. Finally got through to their switchboard after 75 (!) minutes by which time we were passing through customs. A very stressful experience.

I was hudely dissappointed that the car smelt very badly of smoke when it was returned. The drivers said they did not smoke in the car, which I believe, but they must have smoked right next to it with the door open. Given that none of my family smoke and that we had a small child with us, this did not provide a favourbale opinion of the drivers.

Wouldn't use them again i'm afraid. The attitude of the staff when we called to leave the car was nonchelant ( hope I spelt that correctly), Not knowing Gatwick they weren't specific as to where we should leave the car. Then when returning we had to call them twice and waited in the freezing cold! Asked for Money by the driver when I thought thta we'd paid all on line. Cost effective - but maybe you get what you pay for?

Great service. A slight hiccough upon arrival as they were expecting us at 8am, and not 2am in the morning! This was probably due to an administrative handwriting error. However, despite putting the schedule out of synch for the day, the driver turned up quickly to collect our car.

This was definitely preferable to messing about with buses getting to a car park and having to queue up. We had to wait about 5 or 10 minutes for the guy to arrive when we dropped the car off (about 2 am) and about 30 minutes on our return (about 3 pm). It seems like a long time, but it was more convenient that using a normal car park. I made a note of my mileage and the service ran up 14 miles in total, which is reasonable to and from their car park. I would recommend Maple Manor to a friend.

We went for the meet and greet option, as i have a young son and really didnt want to have to park the car and then get a shuttle with the suit cases and my son. The service provided by the staff at Maple Manor was faultless for both dropping off the car and picking it up. I would definately use them again.

I called the relevant number to advise I was on the M23 as requested, so that I could be met and my car collected. When I arrived at Gatwick, there was no one there, I ended up having to chase them by phone 3 times, during which the person on the end of the phone was not very helpful and basically was saying my car would be collected as soon as the passenger had collected the car my collection driver was returning, which ended up being at least 20 minutes. On return I called the number when I was coming through customs and the car was waiting when I arrived outside the airport, which was excellent. Overall, not very impressed with the customer service of their staff and I do not feel they are very professional and I would not use them again.

Valet parking is fantastic when you have lots of luggage and small children. The frustration is waiting (about 20 minutes) for the return of the car in the dead of night. It may have been a conincidence but one of the fuses in the car had blown when we picked it up which meant we had no internal lights etc on the journey home. Nothing dreadful, but it makes you wonder what else could have happened. I would use this service again.

The instructions were wrong so on arrival at the airport we had to ring again. On return, we followed the written instructions on the form we had been left and saw our car sail past. We had to ring again to find out what was happening. The person on the phone just arued with me saying he had given me different instructions when I'd rung. What he hadn't said was don't follow the instructions you already have. A simple sorry would have helped rather than a row. He said I had to tell BAA as it was their fault. Frankly I was the customer and they could have made it easier. That was the whole purpose of having meet and greet - to take the hassle out of the whole airport parking experience. As it was, we ended up walking for ages with heavy luggage and were both completely stressed!

To arrive at the airport without having to transfer luggage from car to coach and back again was fabulous.Arriving as we did in the middle of the night the friendly staff and effortless handover means that I shall be using the service again and again.
