It wasn't entirely clear where to meet the driver. We were told 'opposite the car rental building' however it was a little further up the road after the pedestrian crossing.

First time I have tried the meet and greet service, not much more expensive than normal parking and much less hassle. Get there, give the car to someone - straight to departures, no messing with coaches and bags. Just as easy coming back - a real treat especially after a long overnight flight.

Having used this service once, you will not go back to self-parking. The benefits are most noticeable when you return from your holidays, especially if you have endured a long haul flight. To be met at a convenient location, with a car that is warmed up and ready to go, really is the way to go! Hassle free, great communication, and a safely parked car!

We were delayed by a day & it meant I had to ring from US about 10pm at night - 3am UK time. Phone was still answered promptly and changes made straight away.

initially it was difficult top locate the drop off point for the car, signs could have been better. Saying that I did find them and from then on the service was very good. Would use again.

Yet again Maple Manor Car Park was quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. The gentleman who collected the car was waiting when we arrived. When we returned the car was qucikly delivered back.

The 40 minute wait when I was told when I phoned in my arrival that the wait would be 20 minutes, so I spent 15 minutes in the warm then a very freezing cold 30 minutes outside in the cold.

The service we recieved from Maple Manor Parking was excellent, driver was waiting when we left and again when we returned, very good service would defiantely use them again.

So easy to get the family to the door and collected from the same, plus car was all warmed up too! Driver was there when we arrived in very obvious flurecent jacket and when we returned he was there moments after we walked out of the front door. We called at the requested times both on the way in and upon our return. A very well service which I fully intend to use next time we fly and have already recommended to friends and family.

The person we spoke to on the phone when we had gone through customs was somewhat curt. He told us we would have to pay for an extra day (we were delayed 24hrs and I had informed you of this by text message). He failed to tell us not to follow the written instructions of where to meet so we waited for 25 mins outside the rental building before eventually the driver arrived. He was pleasant to us - he said he had been waiting for us for 20 mins further along but because he had been moved on by a parking attendant he had had to come round again and luckily we saw him. Otherwise a good option and I would use it again. Please correct the written instructions!

My only negative feedback is tat the directions once at Gatwick South Terminal need to be a bit more specific as we waited opposite the car rental place for 10 mins and should have ben several hundred yards further on. Apart forn that the service was excellant - we will certainly use them again.

I appreciate that it was 23rd December and they were busy. We arrived just over an hour before booked slot. Maple Manor said they could not do anything till appointed hour so we had to go and sit on a garage forecourt. No warning was given on booking form to say this would be the position. No doubt it is better when not a busy period. shame as they came highly recommended. will not use them again for high season and will go to parking express even if it costs more.

This was the first time I have used a valet parking service and was extremly impressed.he staff were very friendy and efficient.We were not kept waiting at any time.Will definitly use this service again and recomend to anybody.Thankyou.

Will definately use Maple manor parking again...so much easier...we travel with surfboards and the airport courtesy bus's will not take them...even though the driver went to the wrong terminal it was still much faster.

It is so nice not to have to walk miles or get in a bus to get to the terminal. We have used other meet and greets, however they have left us waiting to pick up the car after a long flight. This time a very nice guy met us and there was no delay either side.

We dropped the car off at the North terminal and were met, on time, by a member of Maple who took the mileage of the car and then gave us a receipt with full instructions of what we were to do on our return. We confirmed that our return flight was to the South terminal and gave the man our return flight details. On our return we followed the instructions, as given by Maple, rang when we had cleared security then proceeded to the pick up point. After waiting at the pick up point for 5 mins we called Maple to find out where a car was only to be told by a very rude lady that the instruction that we were given 7 days earlier were out of date and we had come to the wrong area. I expressed my disapointment at not being informed earlier as we were dragging all our ski equipment across the airport. The rude lady replied "I do not have a crystal ball you know". She might not have a crystal ball and we will not be calling on their services again. PS. My car was covered in a light brown dust when it was returned, I can only guess that it must have been parked near a busy dirt track or quarry.

Drop off/return to front of terminal was very easy. Cleared airport upon return in record time as car appeared within three minutes of walking out to the designated pickup point.Tip..Definitely phone for car as soon as you clear customs so that you can make a quick exit from the terminal.I would recommend this sevice to anyone!

Had to ring 14 times before we could get through as it was engaged, and this was at 5 in the morning, then had to wait 40 minutes for the car to be collected, we even rang Customer Service, and were told we were in the wrong place! Would not use them again

This is the first time we have used this service and would definitely use this again. No problems either departing or arriving as soon as we rang the Car was picked up and as soon as we rang returning we had only minutes to wait. We wish we had used this service a long time ago Jean Murphy

We arrived at the airport with representatives already waiting for us to take our car away. The gentleman who greeted us checked that all the details they had were correct, was very pleasant in manner and wished us a great holiday and we trotted off stress free with our baggage into the departure lounge. On our return we phoned to say we had cleared customs and made out way out of the airport, we walked to the collection area and waited for a couple of minutes for a lovely warm car to arrive (having arrived back at 3 am in the morning having a warm car to step straight in to was of great benefit)- again a very polite driver exchanged our car for a signature on his paperwork and off we went. We will never use any other means of parking when we travel from Gatwick again. MAPLE MANOR IS DEFINITLEY THE COMPANY WE WILL BE USING ON ALL FURTHER TRIPS - CANNOT FAULT THEM IN A ANY WAY.
