I have used this service before and have found staff to be polite with the exception of the lad who answered the telephone - perhaps he should go on a personality course!

Very prompt at both ends. Very convenient. Exact drop-off point not very clear, but phone support was helpful. Vehicle had clearly been left in open (large deposit of hailstones still at bottom of windscreen), but this is not really surprising.

The driver was waiting for us when we drove into Gatwick and arrived 2 minutes after we reached the meeting point on our return. Great service. The telephoning worked well as directed but they need to update their paperwork to describe where the meeting point is now.

Overall the convenience of being dropped off and picked up just outside the arrivals area out weighs any disadvantages. Beware of keeping customers waiting at drop off when vuneralbe to parking fines.

would definately book again - some slight confusion over wher to meet the driver on return as the info on the reverse of the booking form is no longer current - not a big problem. Excellent idea

When i first used this i couldn't believe how easy it was. It felt like 5 star treatment such a simple idea but so convenient. We've used taxis before wondering if they will turn up on time can we fit everything in with a driver as well. Using our own car well personally i dont think you can beat it. i will use it every time

Weve just had our first experience of "Meet & Greet" parking. We were met at 4.15 am on a rainy Sunday morning by a cheerful and most courteous driver and were in the check in queue less than 15 minutes later. The return of our car was just as efficient and the driver was prompt, pleasant and polite. We shall never struggle on to an Airport parking bus again!! Well worth the extra money especially if you have an early flight.

They took 30 mins from the notification time to meet us at the airport to collect the car. I had to call 3 times - each time being told 'they are on their way / 5 mins'. I was very frustrated by the 3rd telephone chase call (especially as the security at Gatwick made us move on from the wait area). The lady that answered my call was very rude and even put the phone down on me. I would definitely NOT use this company again.

I urde anyone who uses this system to check their car thoroughly when it is returned to you. It doesn't matter if you are cold tired and have screaming kids wanting to go home. Our driver quickly gave us the keys and dashed off, it was only the next morning (in decent light) that we noticed damage to one of the doors.

Used the service at the North terminal, phoned as advised just as approaching M23 and man was waiting for me. Prob had to wait no more than 5 minutes for car to be returned.Even had mat on floor to protect from dirty feet. Very good would def use again

Great to drop off car at the terminal and have no hassle with finding off-airport parking, getting buses etc. On return, when very tired, again great to have no delay with buses etc.

waited nearly 30 minutes with traffic wardens chasing. also Maple seems only to have one mobile number which is regularly engaged, making delay more likely. suggest more numbers! otherwise fine

Directions given for dropping off the car were very poor and didn't tie up at all with the road-signs. As a result we had to drive around the terminal area 3 times before being able to drop off the car. On our return we were told the car would arrive in 15 minutes but it actually took 40 minutes - at midnight when there was no other traffic as an excuse. Not impressed.

I almost missed my flight because Maple Manor parking did not receive my booking from the website when I arranged it the previous evening. I was told that the drivers were on their way and to wait. When the drivers arrived, none of them could help me as they had no record of me. I tried to show them my documentation to no avail. I phoned the mobile no. I was given for the 5th time (as, it wasn't always answered)and, I was told they couldn't help me and to go to the normal carpark if I couldn't wait any longer. At that stage, I had been waiting around for 30mins and had had to move the car due to security. I paid £60 for nothing to simplyparking and had to pay even more to park elsewhere. It caused untold distress to the whole family.

It all worked out well and was a lot better than park and ride. Their instructions were a bit inaccurate though we worked it out easily enough. When we landed the guy on the phone was a bit high handed.

Your driver was most unhelpful and it took 35 minutes from the time we arrived at Gatwick to when we finally managed to track down your driver....who had been standing laughing with one of his friends only 10 yards away from the car. The return was much better. But I am not sure if we will be using your service again.

It was all good leaving, but we did have a half hour wait when we came back, there was a car blocking our car,so they had trouble getting it out.not that stressful. i would use them again, the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The only problem were the traffic wardens - were you are told to wait is a no stopping area and unless the guys are already there to pick up your car - which is unlikely - the wardens will move you on after 5-10 mins and you are left driving round the block with some passengers and luggage left on the sidewalk.

It would be worth highlighting in the booking confirmation email that Maple Manor North Terminal drop-off is in the Arrivals area, as most valet parking services collect from the departures area and SimplyParking clients may have got into that habit. Happily, I double checked so did not end up waiting ages in the wrong place.

I had to change the time of arrival through no fault of my own (due to the flight times getting altered)from 5.30 am to 7 am. I assume that the extra £2.50 which is charged for drop off and pick up's between midnight and before 6.30 am will not be taken from my card as it was actually 7am when we dropped the car off. Thankyou.
