As I said we were put down at the departure exit instead of at arrivals. We were left on the wrong level and had to battle through crowds of people coming out before we discovered we were on the wrong level. This delayed us from reaching our check-in desk. Very unsatisfactory. Your directions on how to find the car park were inadequate for a first time user. We got lost several times. Nowhere does it say "Holiday Parking" while other car parks are signed at roundabouts and junctions. You need to test your directions more thoroughly and radically improve them. Get some persons who have never been before to test your directions. Your web pages could be made clearer with larger font sizes. I missed to point that credit cards are charged an excess and was annoyed to find I had been charged unnecessarily. Your actual car park is good but many aspects of your service need improvements.

My car had an electrical breakdown when I returned. Free of charge Holiday Parking allowed me to leave it there until the next day (Monday) when it could be recovered. They offered me help calling a taxi, and a cup of tea while I waited. I was very pleased with their friendly and helpful attitude.

The first time we have used this service, the parking we booked was easy to find, prompt, the staff were polite and helpful. Return flights were met quickly and we were on our way home in a very short time.

This was the first time we used the service which I have to say was faultless and really made the start of our trip as well as rounding it off. I will definately be using you again.

Easy to fine, staff friendly even at 3am. Coach driver prompt and helpfull. Down side was I left and collected the car at night. When returning i could not check car for damage as instructed as could not see for poor lighting. As a woman traveling alone I would concider this next time I book.

No problems at all, good experiance and would use again. Only gripe is the length of the wait we had on returning to the UK - in the time we waited for the bus, we saw 2 BCP and 2 APH coaches arrive and depart - still only had to wait around 15 mins though - all in all, good value.

Very straightforward, easy to get to/ find with simple to understand instructions, close to the terminal with the bus transfer (5-7 minutes) and drops you right outside the terminal building. Easy to find the bus to get back to the carpark on return and the 'phone when you land' system ensures your car is waiting for you on arrival back at the carpark. From recollection it took 5 mins to check the car in and 5 mins to check it out again. All for about £7 a day.

Written instructions request you telephone for pickup on return but cannot get an answerfrom number given-is always engaged. Need written directions to terminal pickup site outside. Luckily a bus came along while we were looking. Otherwise all went well and if using North terminal would travel through there again.

This was the first time we have used your service. Going out was OK with a small wait for bus. On returning, the flight was early but we had to wait more than half an hour for a bus to arrive - others were arriving and leaving all the time. This was at 1.30 in the morning. The driver did not help at all and did not speak. We lost any time made up on the flight and the car was covered in mess and acorns as it had been parked under a tree. Not a good service - we shall be using one of the others in future.

It would have been great to have some signs on the road, not being sure of how to find your carpark when you're worried about getting your flight isn't good. Once there, all was OK. Clear transfer info would have been better than having to make a call.

Going out was ok on my return I was left waiting for 40 mins every time I called i was lied to and told will be 5 mins on the 3rd occasion I was told stuck in traffic this was a blatent lie as on the return there wre no cars on the road when i pointed this out no applogy from the staff who were rude and carred less I travel often and will never use this company again

I have used this service twice now. never had any problems. checking in and out is easy and quick. both times I arrived back to England in the early hours but have not experienced any problems. Will use holiday parking again.Perhaps a loyalty scheme would be good.

Staff brilliant and efficient. No waiting at the car park for the transfer bus and on landing at Gatwick only a 10 minute wait at the airport end. The car was already near the car park reception and it only took a couple of minutes to get the keys and for us to be on our way home.

Excellent parking facilities. All done over the internet. Great communications, easy to book, easy to find and great customer service. Have used this company twice now as they do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to leave their car & keys in a secure safe environment.

Had no problems whatsoever. Just rang straight from the airport, transfer was quick and easy, the car was waiting on our return. Help was also given with our flat tyre. Although the car was a little dirty on return, this was nothing to compare to the good service we received. Would definitely use it again.

I found Gatwick parking easy and convenient. However, on first arriving it seemed a little complicated as to where to leave the car. The return journey was equally easy. We waited no longer than 15 minutes for the coach, and at that time of night, it was a blessing!

Have used this car park a couple of times - takes part of the stress out of the journey, you know your car will be easy to get to regardless of the delay! Takes about 15 mins from front of terminal to driving away. Can't think of a reason to go anywhere else

We received good service both on arrival and again on our return. On arrival we were seen within 10 minutes and we got on the transfer bus which left straight away. On our return we only had to wait about 10 minutes for the transfer bus to arrive and the car was ready for us at near to the reception. I would highly recommend Holiday Parking Gatwick.

The whole experience was swift and easy. Would use them again. Worth booking early for best price. Only one problem - car wouldnt start when we picked it up (never happened before) so not sure what caused it but it has been fine since. However we were assisted quickly by car park employee with jump leads!

Impressed with the whole experience. The booking in system when I arrived at the car park was very simple. I had to leave my car keys with the attendants and the car was parked by them. The bus to the terminal was clean and fast. Called the car park from the terminal upon my return and waited at the bus stop as instructed for 5 - 10 minutes. Bus arrived and we were ferried back to the car park where the collection of my car was very fast and simple. Overall they do exactly what they say on the packet, I was very happy with the service I received using this service and would have no hesitation in booking with them again.
