Very helpful staff. Must have just missed the bus on our way back had to wait 20 mins following our call to be collected.

It is just so hassel free both ways. Excellent, curtieous & speedy customer services. Straight onto the bus, straight to airport/carpark. What more does a customer want when they have spent a week packing, 5 hours travelling to carpark from Cornwall, needs a stress free start to their holiday. When coming back, not that we want too, but with a long journey home stress free is the hope and this is what we have had everytime with excellent affordable prices as well, great. Friendly staff, parking good & not too far from airport, bus service frequent. Cost could have been better after talking to others on holiday who had paid a lot less than we had!

Easy to book, not well signed from North Terminal, or at road entrance. Bus left with my Wife and all the luggage while I was booking in! Otherwise return went smoothly, phone call on arrival seemed superflous as coaches turned up regularly. Car ready on return.

The transfer back from Gatwick was a nightmare; poorly marked bus stop and an all out fight to load the suitcases and kids on and off a ridiculously overcrowded bus. The driver did not try and manage the bun-fight, just sat there and drove off throwing most of the people ( standing room only ) all around the bus with suitcases lurching all over the place !

transfers very straight forward with no hiccups especially as the return pick up was early hours of the morning and we were all very tired. Definately recommend you !!

Significantly the cheapest parking service, however the level of service was as good if not better than any other parking service I've used over the years. I will certainly use this company again in future years.

Coach was ready to take us to airport virtually as soon as we arrived, so no hanging around. Took no time at all to get to airport. Return journey - telephoned parking for collection - didn't have to wait too long for coach to arrive.

Having arrived at an extremely early hour to the car park we were directed quickly to the channel to park our car and a bus was waiting for our transfer to the terminal. The only thing that would have been helpful was to have some help from the driver to get 3 children (one in a pram) and all our luggage onto the bus. On our return we telephoned the company when we had collected our bags and were told exactly where to go. We only had about a 5 min wait before a bus arrived. When we got to the car park our car was all ready for us to jump in and drive off. All in all a pain free experience and a company I would happily use again.

All you would expect from a secure parking compound. Easy to find and excellant service of arrival and departure.

my return to UK was delayed by a week but with just a brief phone call from abroad Holiday Parking were able to modify my requirements and have my car waiting for me when I finally came home. The additional payment was very reasonable and took only moments to carry out before I drove away.

Easy to find, no fuss, no queues even at peak times. Shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes and we were given a very good service.

We used the same parking site, during the same period, in 2007. Car park cost in 2007 was £53.00/fortnight, and in 2008 was £104/fortnight! An unacceptable increase I think!

This is the 3rd year in a row we have used Holiday Parking and will always recommend them to anybody , they have always been the cheapest , and best we have used. On arrival park your car in one of the bays , get your luggage out , goto reception and book in and hand over the key , a bus will arrive , we have never waited longer than 10 mins for the bus. The ride to the airport is only about 5 mins too as you are right on the outskirts of it. On return your car is waiting for you close to reception and the staff are friendly and always ask how your holiday was. Top Class .

The car park was easily located, and provided a fast a hassle free transfer to the airport on the outward leg of our trip. On the return the call was made and despite our delay in Italy the bus arrived promptly and delivered us back quickly to our waiting car.

Both the arrival and departure processes were quick, easy and efficient. The cost of the parking for 2 weeks was excellent and I would certainly use thiis service again. Highly recommmended.

Quick registration and collection of vehicle,no waiting around for transfers and close to Gatwick Airport.

I found that if you book your parking within the last two weeks before departure you will find that most other parking companies will increase the price, I found that Holiday Parking where the only company not to do this and at £45 very reasonable. Dont be put off by the idea of off site parking as the car park is only 5 minutes away. The only thing we found at fault were the directions to find the park.
