On our way to the car park that morning we experienced a flat tyre. As we were already late for our flight we had to park the car elsewhere so therefore were unable to experience the facilities on offer. In this situation is there chances of a refund?

Our experience of this parking co. was good. No real hassles in finding the place and all members of staff were friendly and polite. Spot-on. Will use them again should we venture to Gatwick. It seems amazing though, in the current economic topsy turvy climate that our air flight cost was comparable to our parking charge, but none the less this company was one of the cheapest.

This was the best facility for travelling from the North Terminal. The process was efficient and the staff helpful. Our car was well looked after and waiting for us on our return. I would use this car park again as it was good value for money and a straight forward process.

Arrived at 5am and just missed a bus to the terminal.You leave your car at reception so you don't have to carry your luggage anywhere. We had a 20 min wait till the next bus left, but were able to sit on the bus so it wasn't too bad. Transfer time was very quick. On return we followed the directions to the bus stop and found a bus waiting, so return transfer was as quick as possible. We were told where to find our car in the carpark - a short walk. Overall, for the price we paid (half what NCP flightpath were charging, it was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Easy to find. Staff very helpful and friendly on arrival. We didn't have to wait very long for the bus to take us to the airport and the journey was very quick. The buses are good-sized with plenty of room for luggage. On returning, the bus stop was very easy to find and there was a bus already waiting. Again, staff very friendly. We were quickly on our way home. And all this for the cheapest price we found for the ten days we were away!

I would use this service again, excellent value for money, no hassle, no delays and very helpful bus drivers that explained what to do and helped with the luggage. Easy to find from web site instructions.

Close to Gatwick and easy to find, even in the dark. Despite the early hour (3:30AM) check in was quick and easy with a quick transfer direct to the terminal. On our return one quick call to the office and the coach was with us within ten minutes, the car was ready and waiting outside the offices and after a few minutes to collect the keys we were away. A smooth, efficient service and they were the cheapest.

Have used many different airport car park services, but none as swift and efficient as Holiday Parking. Dropped my car off, bus arrived exactly when they said it would. At terminal within 5 minutes. Coming back phoned, bus arrived rapidly. Full bus, yet although I was last one off was in my car and on the road within 5 minutes. Very cheap but excellent service.

The directions given to find this parking section were easy to follow and things went very smoothly, even on our return (first thing in the morning), very quick turnaround. Very Satisfied - Good Value.

This has been one of the best car parks I have used, simple to find, drop off my car keys, head on to the bus, arrive at the terminal in minimal time. The return journey was also great with a quick phone call to say I have arrived and the courtesy bus arrived soon, back to the car park, keys picked up, car directly outside the reception area. This was a good experience in my opinion and good parking rates-highly recommended.

We had a problem finding the bus stop for the return coach and it took a while to arrive, but otherwise everything was very good and I would use it again.

The booking in was fast and efficient. The bus driver was helpful in giving time for getting on and off with luggage and a disabled passenger. I would definitely use the company again.

Very efficient procedure when dropping off and picking up car. Cars parked in secure, designated bays. Excellent transfer timings. Overall a very efficient service and safe place to leave your car.

I dropped in to the car park the afternoon before I was due to fly and a member of staff came over and explained the procedure for parking. As I was arriving at 4.30am in the dark the next day, I was glad of his advice. The following day I left the car in the designated area, handed in the keys and caught the bus. All very quick and simple. On returning to Gatwick, a quick phone call, the bus soon arrived and when I got to the car park I could see the car waiting. No need to go off and search for it, or try to remember where it was parked.

Good value for money. Bus to terminal & booking in proceedure good. Too many customers arriving at the same time led to return transport being overcrowded which in turn led to queues at the pick car point. Lots of customers had lost their ticket. It would help if clearer instructions as where the pick up point was situated would have helped as would some sort of sign to show that you were at the correct point. Overall these are picky points,we got to the terminal on time; the car was conveniently parked when we returned & was in good order. The whole procedure was painless & the value good.

Helpful drivers - even carried our cases onto the bus. Office staff very courteous and pleasant(now that the rude receptionist from last year has left!)Don,t have to worry about locating your car in the vast onsite carpark as it is moved in anticipation of your arrival - ready for a quick getaway. Almost as good as parking on site but the worthwhile saving more than compensates for the slightly longer bus ride.

I found Holiday Parking good value for money, easy to find and the initial reception was friendly - on the down side, the return journey was poor as we had to wait 40 minutes for the coach and the staff were insistant the coach had left to collect us when it hadn't - not very good at midnight after a 5 hour flight...it would have been good to be given accurate information for coach schedules on the return jorney.

Good value for money with no problems at all. Fast and efficient "booking in" service and timely bus connection to airport terminal. Return flight delayed for an hour and didn't leave baggage reclaim until 1.30am. Telephoned reception who gave directions to coach pick up point and coach arrived within 10 minutes. Even at 2am the reception staff were still cheerful, courteous and efficient. I would certainly use this parking facility again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others,

The only thing i would have to coment is that the car was not brought to me. I had to go and look for my car in your parking yard. This would have been helpfull as on the day of my return it was reaining plus had my two children and the wife to sort out. I did park on another provide two years ago and on my return they brought the car to the reciption for me to collcet, a lot more easy then me looking for my car in an unknown area.

On arrival at office there was not a friendly atmoshpere which I have received from other car parking services. Woman who booked in was very off hand and did not display customer care service which would have been expected. Accept that it was 4pm in morning but customer care should still be given i.e. pleasant welcome and service. Also on return the man who returned my keys had a very unhappy expression on his face and seemed to give the impression that it was a boring job although he wasn't as bad as the woman who booked us in. Driver of bus on return was great.
