Good, easy to find start to holiday. Return was a little less clear, not terribly well sign posted as of where to pick up bus.

We felt that it was fairly pointless to have to ring from baggage hall - a map showing where the coach stop was would have been more useful. We had to wait quite a while for coaches at each end. Otherwise fine - cheaper than main long term.

Everybody exceptionally helpful from the reception staff to drivers. Made it a perfect start and end to our holiday.

Everything was as advertised. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely use Holiday Parking again.

with the simple and fast booking in and a bus standing by the transfer was quick and easy. on our return after the phone call to the office the bus was soon there to pick us up and return us to the car park. every thing went well and as planned thank you all

Guidance at the drop off point was vague when questioned - we were lucky to see a bus arrive as we came out of the terminal - otherwise fine although a little more lighting in parking area when picking up night would be nice. Thank you.

have to load your own luggage onto bus....driver could do with some 'happy pills' - was pretty miserable - a smile is free and goes a long way!!!

brilliant we were very impressed although it was not well sign posted and we got lost looking for the hoilday parking once we dropped off our car it was really easy bus took us straight to the north terminal and when we returned there was a bus waiting and we were in our car within 10 minutes of leaving the north terminal. will definately use this service again

Easy to find I have only used it once before but when booked it again remembered without reading map. Also close so only short ride to the airport and when returning only had to wait 5 mins for pickup. Very reliable and quick service.

We lost the instructions to find them But called them and they gave great instructions on how to find them everything went smoothly, have used them before - will use them again.

Have used several of the carparks around Gaztwick over the years and this compares well with anything else on offer. Staff helpful, into and away from the terminals speedily and efficiently and very competitive pricewise.

Overall, really good. Just think the staff could be slightly more friendly and the lighting should be looked at as we found it difficult to find our way out of the car park in the dark, not so good when you're feeling really tierd and your car is all misted up!

Place was easy to find and the bus took us immediatly to the teminal which was only a short ride away. Return pick-up could have been a bit quicker, but we have had much, much worse, Purple parking for Heathrow were terrible in this respect.

Excellent company. This is the second time I have used them and feel safe and secure. Friendly staff which helps when leaving your car. One suggestion I would make is that they put their name on the bus stop outside. Its easy to find as its the second one after leaving departures. But its nice to confirm as other companys share the stop. Use this company - don't waste money on others!!!! :-)

Very easy to find and a short transfer to North Terminal the shuttle train took us to the South Terminal which was fine, fast and efficient on our return

Very helpful friendy service. The directions to the place, which were supplied, are easy to follow. Because it's close to the airport the transfers are quick too. Good value for money and I shall be using them again.

bus for departure and pick up was with us quickly both times, good service, can't hire a cab for this amount so excellent value for money.

Should give exact directions as to which bus stop and where it is when one returns as one loses quite a bit of time identifying it.

It would be nice to have a timetable published at the departure stand at Gatwick, although I wholely appreciate that buses are regular.

Very quick and easy service. Bus waiting when we got there at 3.30am and only had to wait a few minutes when we got back. Would definately use them again
