Gatwick Holiday Parking satisfied my requirements for long term parking for a north terminal departure/arrival. I experienced no problems with booking, arrival, transfer, secure car storage and pick up on return. Price was very good and I would recommend to others.

Friendly staff, return flight was 5 hours late but the staff were still cheerful at 3.30am with the car waiting.

Easy access to car park, quick coach transfer - no long waiting, easy car drop off.

Staff quick to respond to come and collect us from the airport - very short journey too.

This was the cheapest priced parking we could find. Very close to terminal 1. Easy to use, clear instructions on arrival. Phone on return for pick up (took about 20 mins). Bus Stop for pick up was used by lots of different companies, this was the only confusing part. Just wait for HOLIDAY PARKING BUS, I think it was a yellow bus. Would definitely recommend and use again.

We could not fault the service, we did not have to wait at all on drop off and pick-up, so excellent, thank you.

My only real complaint is the return trip with luggage and car parked away from drop off.

Easy to find from directions given. Prompt service booking in and short transfer to terminal. Picked up promptly on return. Arrived and departed at peak times (Saturday). No problems. Would use Gatwick Holiday Parking again and recommend.

Despite a number of people phoning on arrival we still had to wait for the coach. Approx 30 mins. Not good at 4am with two young children. Some people had to stand as not enough room. Was cheapest available.

Very impressed with cost and transfer times. This is the only time I have used the North Terminal, is it possible to use this car park for the south term?

Very helpful and polite staff. Prompt pick-up and transfer. Less hassle than larger on site car parks. Will definitely use again.

The service was easy to book over the internet, and was efficient on leaving the car and picking it up on return.

Holiday Parking was easy to find and we did not have to worry about finding a parking space. We did not have to travel around all the other parks before arriving and the car was a few feet away to drive home in.

Straightforward Airport parking, easy to find, quick transfer and helpful driver. Good value for money when compared to other car parks, all of which are expensive.
