Easy to find the car park, quick service at reception although staff could be more cheerful. Short wait for transfer bus to airport but slightly longer wait on return. My car was close to the recption and ready for my return.

waited a bit long for return coach and single reception staff member on our return was answering the phone whilst issuing keys to queuing customers - so slow and impersonal service. But overall was OK.

This was the cheapest option I could find for Gatwick parking, still not exactly a bargain but reasonable. Man at the desk was not uber-friendly, but brisk and efficient. Bus took me to the airport within 2 minutes of arriving. The bus only takes about 5 minutes to take you to North Terminal. My return flight was delayed but you have to call them anyway to get picked up, and again the bus arrived within a couple of minutes of me getting to the bus stop. Unfortunately the environs of the North Terminal bus stop are a bit of a wasteland at the moment due to building work, but that's not their fault, and you can take your trolley to the bus stop and there was a stack of trollies there so I could reclaim my pound from the trolley. Overall I was pleased with the service and would recommend them.

A more obvious & warmer place to wait for the return bus would be nice ( a map ?) It appears that the car battery was disconnected at some time as the radio code needed to be re-entered & that took some finding Advice of that before picking up the car would have been helpful
