Dropping the car outside the door,checking in and catching the bus took 5 mins.On our return we collected our bags rang the office,got the free bus and collected our car from outside the office.The whole process took 20 mins from baggage to driving on our way home.Will definately use again

Generally the Gatwick car parking sevice was excellent. the email was not 100% clear and it would have been good to see some road signs giving directions. Apart from this the service was very good and would use again.

We were very impressed with all aspects of holiday parking.The car park was easy to find. All staff were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived back at 1.30 am,a bus came to pick us up 5 mins later. We will definitely be using this car park again

Given the security situation we allowed extra time but this was eroded by an accident on the M25. However, the smooth check in and timely coach meant that we arrived at check-in in plenty of time. The return was just as efficient even at 0145 in the morning. Recommended.

We arrived at the parking about 2 hours earlier than expected , but this wasn't a problem , we were checked in as normal , handed over car keys and boarded the coach to the airport in a matter of minutes. Bus driver helped us on witht he bags too as we had children and buggy to contend with. Cheapest price and best service we have come across.

We booked on line, folowed the instructions on how to find you. Arrived and was dealt with by friendly staff efficently and effectivly. On return we called for a transfer which arived in 4 minutes, again we were greeted by freindly staff. It took less than a minute to check the car keys out and be on our way. We will be recomending Holiday Parking to our frinds.

I still feel airport parking is very expensive. Over £108 for 2 weeks. Only other comment I have is the toilets. Must be the narrowest I've been in. Good job I wasn't too large. Not very clean and no loo paper. Next time make sure you use the airport.

It's a really easy system; you pull up, they park the car; you hand in your car key and off you go on the bus to the terminal. When you get back, you pick up the key from the receptionist, who tells you that your car is out the front, about 20 yards away. Excellent and only 5 minutes from the airport,too!

The car parking site was easy to find and the bus quickly set off for the airport without any problems. On the way home, the bus arrived within 10 mins and the driver helped to put the luggage on board. Very helpful and good service. Will use again, thanks.

We booked 3 cars for family and friends travelling together. Not only was the parking exceptionally cheap (Approx £53.00 per car for 14 days) but very efficient and staff were helpful. Will recommend to others and will certainly use again.

having used other airport parking which were quite expensive and no different to others as you have to walk a long way with cases to collect your car,i found that simplyparking was as it sounds,easy to book, easy to find,just leave your car and book in,good ride with the bus and friendly drivers,on return not long to wait for bus after phoning in,picking the car up was quite close to the office with numbered spaces,and the price which was at least half of many others was great value for money for a first class service,we came out of the car park feeling totally relaxed after a long haul flight and will most definately be using simplyparking again and will recommend to other people,thank you s.hassan

I can highly recommend Holiday parking. The service was excellent - We arrived, parked our car in the drop off point and handed our keys and confirmation number at reception - and boarded the coach where we were dropped off at the north terminal - we was travelling from the south terminal but this wasn't really a problem considering that their is a monorail connecting the two terminals. Upon arrival back to the u.k. we rang the number on the back of our receipt we was given so that our car could be made ready for collection - we were then given some instructions on where about's to meet our coach so we could be brought back to the Holiday parking car park. Unfortunatly their was a bit of a que at the reception when we got there. The reception isn't that big so it took a bit of time to collect our keys - and after the 12 hours of travelling waitng around was the last thing that i really wanted to be doing. I just guess Iwas just unlucky with the timing! This however is the only negative comment that I can make about Holiday parking. So to summerise : Holiday parking offers a safe environment for your car and I think offers excellent value for money - and I would'nt hesitate in leaving my car with them again. 9/10

After arriving, the coach took us to the airport within 5 minutes, checkin was a simple form and a signature! Upon return, once through Customs, you call them and they tell you where to collect the bus from. It may have been that it was a busy time (3 on a Friday afternoon) but the line was busy for 3 or 4 attempts. However, once I had got through they directed us to the correct bus stop where there was a coach waiting. When got top the parking site, collected my keys and was directed to my car and left within minutes!

We have parked here several times, year by year without any problems and ckeck-in always seems to rum smoothly. However we are usually on the earliest of flights [parking around 3.00am] so cannot say what peak times would be like but no reason to doubt same excellent service.

We had a great transfer to the airport and return back again to the car park. I thought the service provided was excellent, and very quick and friendly drivers. I especailly liked that our car was ready waiting for us on our return, and best of all I did not have to take my car keys away on holiday with me.

Some people have said this place is hard to find, this is not true. If you can't find this from the simple instructions they give, then you should carefully consider whether it's safe to be flying abroad as you probably won't be able to find your way back to the UK! The best thing about this parking (apart from the price) is the fast transfer to the terminal - 5 mins max. Staff were cheery and helpful too. Would use again.

I am no stranger to parking at Gatwick for holidays and was pleased with the service and the cost was competitive. I would use yourselves again on my next holiday via Gatwick providing of course the above still holds true at that time.

Another hassle-free visit to Holiday Parking Gatwick, check-in is quick and easy, staff very friendly, highly recommended. Local signposting/directions could be improved upon as currently it's not foolproof but this isn't a major issue, it's just nice to have some reassurance that you're heading in the right direction.

Car park was easy to find following directions given.parked the car at reception and sorted out the paperwork,5 mins max,got staight on the coach 5 mins later we were at the terminal. Returned 2 wks later&midnight phoned the number we had been givenand went to the bus stop which was right outside of the terminal less than 10 mins later the coach picked us up,5mins at the car park and we were on our way home .I will definately use simplpyparking.co.uk next time I fly.

Great service, would definately recommend. Only ten minutes from the car park to the airport. We arrived back from holiday early hours of the morning and still only had to wait 10mins for the coach to pick us up when we got to the carpark our car was waiting for us..excellent
