Parking was easy to find, staff were helpful, everything felt secure. We were unlucky with the bus timings on our outwards journey, but on the way back we came out of the terminal, straight onto the bus and were on our way home really quickly. Would definitely use again, and I have parked here before.

excellent service. very courteous coach drivers and on our return the coach driver even loaded our cases. Car was ready and waiting for us even though we were delayed by a day. Would definately use again. Thank you very much excellence service and good value for money.

Bus was held up 10 min waiting for a cutomer how had put his cases on the bus while his wife checked in The driver just waited result i had to wait 30 mins as a bus pulled away while i was checking in my partner did not put the case on the bus to hold it back. Sorry 30 mins is far to long I would sooner pay an additional cost and be sure I catch my flight the state of the M25 is these days it is very difficult to prerdict your travel time that 30 min could be the differance in missing your flight Mr D Hickey

The booking page did not fit onto the paper even when I used the page printing facility. This could have been a problem as it missed a vital word off. The online booking was easy to do and took very little time. The park is very easy to find. The staff at the parking facility were friendly, efficient and helpful. The transfer times were quick.

we dropped off keys,car was parked and off we went.was told to ring on arrival home,did so was told were to get bus back,no problems.car was not ready for pick up we were given keys and told were to find it.in the past our car was in a waiting area ready for us to go.

This is a great low cost parking venue, very easy to find, fast check in, quick transfer time to north terminal. Only drawback is you have to find your own car on return, at 3am in the rain this isnt fun!! But, saying that, I'd definitely use Gatwick Holiday Parking again.

I found the car park easy to find and to use. The receptionist's accent was a little difficult to understand initially, but no problem really. On return it was really easy and I appreciated the quick response of the 'team' on site-good explanations on how to exit the car park etc. Will definitely use them again!

First time flying and using a parking service. Very pleased with the service received. Small wait booking in and for the transfer bus on arrival, but no more than one would expect. Return and picking car up very quick. Polite, friendly staff. Some rather large rain puddles in the reception area. I would be happy to use Holiday Parking's service again.

They did what they said they would without any problems, and all that for a very reasonable price. Thank you.

The service was fine. I certainly wouldn't want to pay more than this, as the parking charges at Gatwick Airport are just ridiculous now.

Compared with our experiences in the recent past, we found this company excellent. They were pleasant and efficient. It was extremely good value for money. We had tried many parking services who had no space, were far more expensive and far less pleasant and friendly (in fact even dismissive). We will definitely use Holiday Parking again and consider it a lucky find.

Everything was good and staff most helpful, particularly at reception. Except the driver on the return journey, he was unhelpful and sharp - it was 1am though and perhaps he was not a night owl! However, I hope to use them again and will recommend them to friends.

We found the service particularly good when arriving back from holiday. We didn't have to stand around too long before the coach arrived to collect us.

Arrived at 04.50 and checked in efficiently, but with no enthusiasm or customer service skill. Everything after that was exactly as described and expected with speedy transit to terminal.

Very well organised, easy to find and good facilities. However, the wait for the bus on the way back was a little longer than expected!
