Friendly and welcoming staff on arrival. Quick and easy transport to the airport which was only a few minutes away. On arrival back the bus was their in minutes to collect us and return us to our vechicle. Would definately use again. The price was also very good and excellent value for money Definately recommend this parking facility.

Good price, friendly staff. Grilled when collecting car by the reception security chap who was extremely suspicious. Happy with the security. Took 5 mins drive from the airport North Terminal. On returning did not enjoy waiting for 20mins at gatwick for the coach to arrive. Would use again.

I found the whole process smooth and efficient. Compared to my ghastly Heathrow off-airport parking experience, it was a dream. Only comment is that the carpark seems a little bit further than the website says - we nearly turned round thinking we had missed it. Just keep going (or alter the website).

I found the car park easy to find from the M23, the driving directions were accurate. Arrival and booking in process was very easy, with no queues. Transfer to airport was quick and efficient. On return, following a quick phone call, the bus arrived very quickly. Collection of car keys and direction of where my car was located was an easy process.

Easy to find the Car Park with directions supplied - even at 3:00 am in the pitch black !!! Turn round times excellent - From registration to transfer coach took less than 5 mins & return coach arrived within 10 mins on a busy weekday afternoon. Only (minor) criticism would be the fact there are a large number of blackberry bushes overhanging areas of the Car Park and this coupled with the resulting (if inevitable) bird droppings left my car in need of a good polish. This aside the Car Park provided excellent value for money in comparision to other offsite facilities previously used

I would use the car park again as we had no problems and it was good value. I am not keen on leaving the car for the staff to park but we had no problems. The transfers were rather slow. The coach was waiting when we arrived but we had to wait a good 15 minutes before it left. The transfer on return was a bit quicker. I would recommend.

Booking was straight forward, and from the directions on the confirmation email the car-park was easy to find. The check-in process was easy and the transfer was immediate as the coach was waiting. On return, we made a quick call once clearing customs and were directed to the bus stop. The bus arrived within 10 minutes and the car was waiting for us once we got back to the car-park. A very smooth service, and one I will use again.

This was an excellent service- the other holiday makers in our party paid double the price for their parking at other services- the drivers were courteous and prompt and good humoured- there was no hanging about (we got straight on the bus on our arrival and departure) and the parking was close to the airport. Id have no hesitation in recommending this service and will see you for my next holiday! Thank you

After arriving at the parking area we took a ticket from the machine, parked the car and reported to Reception where our details were checked. We then handed over our car keys and got on the awaiting bus to take us to the airport, as simple as that. On our return, which was late at night. We called the telephone number on the card given to us and only had to wait with others outside the departure doors for about 5 minutes and the procedure worked in reverse. I have no grumbles whatsoever about the service given.

Regular coach transfer, so no long wait either end. Crowded on return, due to two delayed flights arriving at once but there was still room for everyone on coach. Reception staff very fast at checking keys back too, so cleared in a couple of minutes which was great.

Friendly staff greeted us to book car in for parking, coach transfer to airport was prompt. On return to airport made call to the office and recieved instruction as to where we were to be picked up which was virtually outside the door, bus turned up before us so we got on immediately. Our original flight back to the UK was cancelled at the last minute leaving us with a 16 hour delay, we were charged no extra fee for additional parking time which was very good. Overall a brilliant service and will definetely use this service again.

I would highly recommend this service as it provided a fast and efficient transfer to the airport at an affordable price. The only downside was that the signposts could have been made a little clearer from the airport roundabout (Highway agencies responsibility) I would suggest some small signage to Holiday Parking which would provide free advertising!

I returned to find my car which had been left very clean, covered in thick muddy splash marks. I complained to the staff who then powerwashed it clean. How did it get so dirty? And why was it not given back to me in the condition I left it? I was not a happy cookie!!

Transfer to the airport was very quick and efficient,collection from the airport on our return was not. Just as we were walking up the stop the bus pulled away very empty and the next bus did not arrive for 20 minutes by which time there was not enough seating on the bus for alkl the passengers. The bus stop at Gatwick neeeda sign - various people including ourselves were very unsure where to wait and which bus we were to look out for

simply parking, means simply the absolute best in every conceivable way. Best value for money, best and friendly advice from very helpful staff, both in office and transportation drivers. Probably the best and smartest way to start your trip, hassle free and easy. Of all airport parking I have used including Manchester Birmingham Stanstead only Bristol comes close to Holiday Parking Gatwick and they are a poor second in comparison. Looking forward to my next visit, love you all!

first time i ve ever left car usually rely on friends/family to drop off and pick up but will use holiday parking all the time now. very friendly courteous staff on reception coach dropped us at north terminal promptly and on way back got picked up from north terminal within 10 mins ...very cheap too all in all excellent value for money ...good service will use again and recomend...WELL DONE holiday parking

I felt we got lucky with transfers both ways. They promise a transfer every half an hour at peak times. When we cam back we split up our party and had one member collect the bags and one go through and call for the bus. This meant we didn't have to wait too long for our return bus. The outgoing bus was waiting for us when we got there which was great.

On our return I used the airport BT phone and it cost me a £1 as it did not connect firts time .Why not freephone? I think other companies use that method. I tend to book with the cheapest. Over the years experience as taught me that you are all much of a muchness. But no real complaints with your company just the telephone which was slightly irritating

It was a member of staff's first day so he wasn't used to the systems but we were told the wrong bay number for our car which, after a 15 hour journey, is just something you don't want! Was quickly resolved and would definitely use Holiday Parking again.

Car wasnt made ready even when i called i had to walk over to where it was parked. When i called they had the wrong terminal and questioned if i was in the wrong terminal. Transfer buses seem to be not as regular as others. Further away and the very small difference in price didnt really make up for the extra hassle. Mostly likely wouldnt use again unless it was much cheaper. Had better service from other car parks. Minor stuff includes the door to recpetion not opening fuly and hassle getting large cases through. Hope it helps.
