The location of the car park is excellent and had no problems finding it. The staff were friendly and quick, the bus service operated both to and from the airport was prompt, the price cannot be beaten and overall I cannot fault this company. When I travel again, I will certainly be looking to book through Holiday Parking.

I have used Gatwick parking before and due to my last experience had no second thoughts about using it again. Once again the hand over of the car was completely hassle free, there was a bus waiting outside to drive us the 10 minutes it took to get to the airport and on the return journey we waited no more than 10 minutes for the bus to collect us and take us back to the car park. My car was waiting for me in the collection area and the paperwork required for collection was minimal. All in all another great experience from Gatwick parking. We'll be back. Thank You all for a great service.

I had clear map to the car park sent prior to the trip, when I arrived the reception dealt with the car parking smoothly and effeciently, the coach was on time and the driver helped with heavy bags. On return the coach was prompt, the car was ready and whole transfer took 1/2 hour from baggage reclaim to car park

The whole parking experience was nothing short of my previous holiday parking at this park. Excellent friendly efficient service even in the early hours of the morning.

Perfectly good parking, staff, bus service etc was all what I'd expect. For the price I cant ask for much more...

we were processed promptly did not have to wait long for the bus even at 1:30 am! will us the car park again

the whole experience was very satisfactory. The staff were very helpful, directions to the site were good, buses ran on time because we had no waiting either end. one phone call on our return to uk gatwick airport and the bus was there within 10 minutes. The drivers were helpful and courteous too. All in all a very pleasant experience.

the car park was easy to find,not too far from the airport and the buses ran frequently to the airport even though it was the early hours of the morning.

I have recommended this website to all my friends & family as I have never experienced any difficulties whilst using this company.

directions to car park very clear,staff very friendly and polite.Transfers to and from airport very good only waited approx 10 minutes for return transfer after calling office.very happy with service

We were taken to Gatwick North Terminal 5 mins from arrival at the Car park after checking in the car keys at Reception . On phoning the car park on our return we were picked up by the coach within 10 Minutes . Car was waiting at the Car park . Easy exit . Would use them again

Everything went according to plan with no delays. We had absolutely no complaints and the price was very good.

The car park was very convenient for the North Terminal and the transfer was very prompt. On our return there was a short wait but that was ok considering how busy it was. I would definately use Holiday Parking again.

Although my holiday was cut short by hurricane ike, when i returned my car was waiting,and we were met by sympathetic and friendly staff excellent value for money

we got up in the morning packed the car left for the airport 45mins later we were at the car park.we went straight in no problem,straight onto a waiting bus and done.At the airport in 5-10 mins no hassel at all i perfect start.and it was the same when we got bac,just ring the number give go to the bus stop and get on the waiting bus.Done

We booked on line and when we arrived we had a very fast and painless experience with a very freindly lady, the bus was outside ready to take us to the airport.When we arrived back made a quick phone call and the bus arrived about 15min. later, we then retrieved car keys from the same freindly lady. Drove into the parking, parking area was right infront of the reception so parked the car sorted out the paper work then caught the bus.All done in a matter of minutes.When we returned in the very early hours, a short phone call and we were directed to the bus stop and a few minutes later the bus arrived and took us back to the reception, our car war right near the reception so a few minutes later we were on our way back home. Alkl in all a very satisfactory service which we will in the future use again.
