I made my dicision on Cophall Farm after reading reviews on the SimplyParking website. I was concerned about the conduct of staff and sucurity of the car, due to my suspicions of other car parks, on my return the car hadn't been moved, and the staff were polite, trustworthy and above all very professional.

Good directions, and helpful staff. We had hardly any wait for the minibus transfer at either end, and despite a lot of traffic the transfer didn't take too long at all (15 minutes). Would recommend it.

I found the service to be very good and staff were friendly and polite. I would use it again.

Overall, very good - we will be using them again. Very easy to find - which is a big plus when you are tense before a flight.

It was my first time with this way of getting to the airport as i usually have lifts from family, and have once used a taxi, which I will never use again. It was quick and easy and so no panic, and even after our delay there was no extra charge for this, so well done and yes I will be using them again.

We have parked in a few off airport parking car parks and we this to be hassle free, in turn making the holiday more enjoyable. There was no fuss in checking in and out the vehicle.

Organised operation..slick service, pick up/drop off was excellent both ways with no waiting around. Would use service again and would recommend to others.

I have used cophall farm on a few occasions now and have always found the staff to be cheerful and helpful. They are consistently good value throughout the year. Transfers to and from are virtually on demand and it really has the feel of a personal service at mass parking prices. The drivers are very helpful loading/unloading your heavy luggage. All in all they make an easy smooth start and finish to your break. Highly reccomended.

The best, from attitude to staff, helpful driver with luggage, the easiest transfer possible, Cannot think why everyone dosen't use you!

Pick up from the airport could have been a bit quicker, and maybe a future consideration is to be picked up by your own vehicle, with the Cophall employee hitching a lift back on the next bus....only a thought, would definitely use again.

Got to the car park and was on the mini bus, car checked in and ready to go in less then 10 minutes! Service was brillant! Was given a number to call when we had our luggage and they came to collect us. No problems and service very speedy. Car was waiting for us on return to the car park! Will use again every time I travel! Thank you.

The service we recieved at Cophall Farm was excellent couldn't be faulted and excellent value for money, we will definately use them again.

I would use Cophall farm again, easy to find and no trouble at all, altogether a pleasent start and finish to our holiday, well done keep it up! A nice change from the usual car parking fraternaty.

On our return, we collected the car and drove to a service station. We immediately noticed that the keyhole for the front passenger door was vandalised. It was perfectly OK when we dropped the car off. Someone had obviously tried to use a screw driver or something to get into the car. We shall share this information with colleagues at work and friends so they are forewarned and can use another car park next time round.

We have used this Company 3 or 4 times. Staff at reception good and drivers good, straight pick up, no problems, will use them again.

Our car was returned in the same condition as we left it, with very little additional mileage. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although the car park is some way from Gatwick Airport, the transfers were reasonably efficient, and the extra distance was compensated for by the level of personalised customer care offered.

Now I understand why this place has received so many positive reviews. This was my best airport parking experience so far. The company made great efforts to alert customers about the distruptive impact of the London-Brighton bike race on the day I travelled. As I called them for assistance they were patient and helpful. Borrowing a phone to call my wife upon arrival was also possible as my mobile was dead. Overall quite a hassle-free experience. You will not be disappointed.

All in all it was a good experience. Did not have to wait to be picked up on the return journey but did detour to pick up others at South Terminal. Had to wait for them for some minutes. Given the price of parking, not really a reason to complain.
