We had an early morning departure from Gatwick and arrived at Cophall Farm Park just before 04:00. We found the service to be outstanding; getting from the car park to the departure terminal on time was my main concern but I need not have worried, as this part of the service was most efficient, no matter the time of day it seemed! When returning from our holiday at 20:00 we found the transfer bus to be equally efficient, walking out the airport straight onto the bus. All in all we were very impressed with Cophall Farm Park and found the service to be excellent value for money.

Easy to get to with good clear directions. The reception was fantastic - you just hand your keys over and it's done! Despite arriving just after midnight there was a transfer to the airport immediately, and a simple call when we got back - no more than a 5 minute wait. I cannot recommend highly enough. They will be top of our list next time.

Great service. On our return we phoned from inside the terminal and when we went outside they were there in a flash!

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours, but they were still there to pick us up on time. Brilliant service. I won't consider any other long stay parking facility at Gatwick now. I was worried we wouldn't find the carpark, but the instructions are spot on, so it was really easy to find.

You felt you were in the hands of real professionals. Staff were friendly and efficient. On check-in they even pointed out we had under booked ourself in by one day - due to time difference on leaving destination. This was soon remedied and the small extra paid. Will not hesitate to use this company again in future.

Was a little concerned at booking such a cheap parking package, however I was not disappointed. The directions to get to the site were great. On arriving, the bus was waiting to take me to the airport, after a short drive we were there! On arriving back from my hols I made a quick phonecall and the minibus was with me within 15 minutes and my car was waiting when I arrived on site. I would recommend this to everyone!

We arrived late and had missed our pre-arranged pick up time, but was whisked off to the terminal without delay. On returning from holiday and phoning for a pick up from the terminal we waited no more than a couple of minutes. Will definitely use them again top service. :-)

This carpark was easy to find from the directions supplied. The drivers were super friendly and very helpful, and for the 16 days I stayed I thought it was brilliant value. Book it!

Very easy to find having followed the instructions on the web site. Mini bus was waiting to take us to the airport, friendly staff at reception and drivers. Drop off point right outside terminal, easy to find upon return journey. No stress about having to find a parking space, transfer time only 10 minutes. Fantastic value for money.

The directions were very easy and upon arrival were greeted by friendly staff who dealt with you very quickly. No delay in leaving for the airport. Upon our return the mini bus arrived about 5 min after we phoned for collection and our car was ready to drive away when we got back. A very good cheap parking experience and would definately use them again.

Easy to find Cophall Farm, cost was extremely competitive. Car waiting nearby on our return. This is not the first time I have used Cophall Farm and it will not be the last. On my return it was late and we had to go pick up from the South Terminal - so I wished that you had a bus operating from each, although I understand the logistics.

When we arrived staff were helpfull, we were transferred straight away to the airport - no problems. On the return we had to wait for the minibus to come from the car park, about 10 minute wait, didnt mind too much gave us time for a ciggie!! If we are using it around rush hour will remember to allow time for traffic chaos as we travelled early morning and late evening.

excellent value for money and customer service. Very convenient for early morning trips, no waiting around as transport waiting for you. When returning just call the freephone number and get picked up very quickly and efficiently. Overall experience very good and would reccomend to all.

When I got my car back it had a dent in the drivers door, they have posters all around the place stating that claims will not be honoured after you take your car from their grounds. Because the car was parked in poor lighting I did not notice the dent even after checking the car for any dents or scratches, if you are going to park at this place I would recommend you thoroughly inspect your car on return from your holiday before taking it off their forecourt!

Although not immediately ajoining the airport, Cophall Farm proved to be not only an extremely cost effective option, but also totally efficient in the way we were welcomed and transferred both to and from South Terminal. Upon our return we were collected and transferred quicker than some competitors with larger coaches. The personal service was superb. Congratulations to all at Cophall Farm!

Basically they were efficient, it was pretty easy to find and good value for money. A minibus took us to the airport within five mins of registering at the reception, and on return it took enough time to have a quick coffee for the minibus to turn up, which was ideal for us. It does add to your journey, so really its a judgement as to whether the money saved is worth the time added...but that's up to you.

Good directions to get to the parking. Good customer service - everyone spoke English! Great transfer service to the airport. Fairly long wait for the minibus for the transfer coming back and then we had to go via North terminal which was frustrating. Service cheap but may look at paying a bit extra next time with another car park in order to get from the airport quicker.

We arrived at 3.30 in the morning, staff were very friendly, took us straight to the airport told us where to go on our return and gave us a card with phone number to ring when we were ready to be picked up to be taken back to where our car was ready and waiting for us. Excellant service from start to end. Highly recommended.

Everything went fine, £49 for 2 weeks and a day parking was value for money, and the place is just about 10 minutes or so from the airport, the only niggly fault we encountered, was that we rang the free phone number on clearing customs as it says to do on the card, and a bus was there waiting, but for somebody else, the idiots had phoned up before they had even collected there baggage so the guy had been sat there over 15 minutes, at a busy time this wasted one trip time and held up us and others, but this was not the fault of Cophall farm. Will use again.
