I travelled with complete peace of mind - I didn't have to think about where the car keys were packed or what number car park I needed to return to, or even if the car would start. No struggling with luggage either (I always seem to come back with more than went with), as my car was brought back to the reception area for me. I just put the free phone number in with my phone, went away, and was picked up within minutes of my call on my return. I will certainly book again.

Lack of communication on the return journey , i was not informed on the phone of the correct place to be picked up and waited 10-15 minuites extra in the cold to be picked up whilst the actual courtesy bus was waiting for me 100 yds further down the central lane. I had to phone again to find out the error , i was naturally waiting at the Off Airport Parking sign where there was a free phone and reference number for Cophall Farm

We had no problems with cophall farm parking other than trying to find our way home, got totally lost and was not given clear directions from customer services. Just ensure you roughly know where you are going. Other than that no problems would use again.

This is not the first time I have used Cophall Farm- They are easy to get to, they do everything you need an off-airport parking service to do and they do it well. It helps they are consistantly the best value for money. Can't ask for more than that. I will use them again.

will definitely use this company again. I had trouble printing off the voucher and the company were more than helpful with the situation. The staff were very friendly, the location easy to find from the directions and the drop-off and pick-up connection times were excellent. Highly recommend this service to anyone!!!

Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Only difficulty we encoutered was the high step into the mini bus, which proved a problem for my sister who has MS (although in fairness we did not inform Cophall Farm that there could be a problem as such)

I was concerned that the courtesy coach would take a long time to arrive at the terminal on arrival back in the UK. My concerns were unfounded, I walked out of the terminal as the coach pulled up! Absolutely brilliant service and very friendly, helpful staff. I will be using Cophall Farm again soon.

first time we had used this parking and we really couldn't fault it. Everything went very smoothly good directions sent and easy to find. The staff were efficient, we didn't have to wait for bus we were taken straight to airport after depositing keys. on return to UK there was a bus waiting for us. Both drivers were friendly and courteous. Will definitely use again.

The price was much cheaper than our previous airport parking with all the same facilities . will recommend to anyone that requires airport parking in the future. Straightforward - no problems. Which is more than can be said of the airline - they lost my bag on the outward journey. Problem still not resolved after 4 weeks. It is a good job your company know what they are doing, your part was hastle free thanks.

Fantastic service would most definatley use again, staff we're polite and helpful and we had no wait for our transfers. After seeing on TV what some car parks do with your car whilst your on holiday, I was extremely re-assured that my car was in the safest possible hands.

Good service. Arrived early, straight on to the mini bus and checking in 20 minutes later. Return journey equally pain free - 10-15 minute wait at the airport and on the road home no more than 45 minutes after clearing customs. This was travelling at off peak times so whether or not this sort of standard is maintained when things are busy is open to question.

The car park was easy to find and the service was excellent. We had a brand new car with only 109 miles on the clock and there was still 109 miles on the clock when we return, satisfied that no one went out in our car (you hear so many stories). We will definately use this service again

cophall farm is very cheap and easy to use and book on-line. the booking in when arriving was very easy and quick and also on returning. the transfers were very fast as we waited about 4 minutes to leave and waited no more than about 7-8 minutes to be collected from the airport.

Despite the delay in being picked up from arrivals (approx. half an hour wait), I would certainly use this service again when flying from Gatwick. Very good price and staff friendly, courteous and helpful even at six in the morning. Richard from Cornwall

Having carried out an initial internet search I opted for Cophall Farm Parking on the basis of the description of the operation and their competitive price. We drove up from South Wales in the hope that that everything would work out without any hitches or hassle - no hitches or hassle, excellent service from beginning to end!

Everything was efficient except when we returned from holiday. We had to make two telephone calls for them to pick us up and we were standing outside in the cold for 40 minutes. Not pleasant!! However, the driver was very pleasant and put the heater full on in his vehicle to thaw us out! The reception desk was very apologetic when we got back to collect our car.

The staff were brilliant and very helpful. Only thing that would have been the icing on the cake would be to have the car pulled up outside the building as we arrived back from holiday past midnight with two small children. This is a very small point as the car park is only small and it was not much further effort for us to bring the car to the drop off point to load up.

Staff were helpful, you just empty car of luggage, hand over the keys and they take you to the airport. The pick up from the airport on our return took about 20 minutes and the car was ready and waiting for us on our return. Very easy, I would definitely recommend and use again myself

I found this organisation very professional. Transfers were easy and regular. I would definately use this parking facility again. Oh and by the way, the staff are trustworthy - I say this because I forgot to pick up my mobile phone when I left the car and folishly left it on display, but it was still there on my return, unused.

I have recently used the Cophall Facility - March 2007 I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service offered, particuarly the drop off and pick up times - I was picked up 10 mins after phoning to say I had cleared Customs and I was the only one that needed picking up ! Would recommend to anyone
