This company has obviously listened to customer's comments and implemented them to achieve a first class and cost effective service. The service offered allows customers to drop and collect their car on entry to the car park, saving the hastle of transporting luggage around to the nearest (drafty) bus stop that other competitors provide. We will be booking with this company again without hesitation.

I was met early in the morning with nice staff, they were awake unlike me and my party who were half asleep, transferred straight away and collected within two minutes of me getting to the pick up point, what can i say other than perfect. Thanks and i will use again no problem.

I have used so many car parks in my 41 years, but these people are so professional. I would have no hesitation at recommending them to anyone, they were very prompt we did not have to hang around at either the airport ot the car park, they were very punctual and definately the cheapest I could find. Try them they are fanastic.

we had a problem when we left home, which made us very late and we only had 15 mins left before the airline closed the gates and we wouldnt have got on the flight but the staff were extremly understanding and went out of their way to get us there in time. a hugh thankyou to our driver were with out him we would not have got on holiday.

Very smooth operation with friendly service - quick check-in and 10 minute transfer to Gatwick. On return, I called after clearing Customs and was collected 10 minutes later. I had never used offsite parking and had some reservations; however, those where totally unfounded and Cophall Farm will be my first choice for parking next time I fly from Gatwick.

Even at 4am on arrival the staff still proffesional and friendly. Waited about 5 mins before we were transferred to airport, during transfer driver explained way round airport and what to do when we get back. On return driver arrived within 5 mins of phone call to office to let them know we arrived, friendly driver again and we left Cophall Farm 10 mins max after returning. Car was brought to front ready and waiting.

Everything went absolutely smoothly with Cophall Farm. The drop off and pick up of the car was completely uncomplicated and efficient. Sure, the drive to the airport took about 10 minutes, but for the price and ease of use, this can certainly be overlooked! I will definately use this car park again.

Easy to find, I used the AA Route Planner. I arrived at 5am, and got transferred over to the airport 10 minutes later. When we had picked up our baggage on our return we called the freephone number and a bus was with us within 12 minutes. All in all, a very good service, which I will happily use again.

We'll definatly use this service again, we were very well looked after, the service provides good, clear directions & is easy to find the parking, competitive pricing, efficient terminal drop off / pick up (we were waiting no more than 10 mins once we called from the luggage collection at Gatwick. All in all a great service and facility

From ther moment of booking to returning home i found all staff efficient, polite and friendly. The directions were spot on and the transfers swift with caring happy drivers. My car was fine on my return and after recient horror stories in the media about airport parking companies using customers cars and clocking up miles i was very comforted. As the saying goes ' they do exactly what they say on the tin!' Good value for money too. Thanks

Excellent service all round. We were dealt with quickly and efficiently by very friendly staff (both reception and drivers). Smooth transfers to and from terminal with no long delays waiting for vehicles. Super value for money. Would certainly use Cophall Farm again when flying via Gatwick. Well recommended.

I was greatly surprised at the value for money and fantastic customer service that this company has.. It was very fast and efficient and even me messing my own booking up by not booking enough days parking, they very speedily changed my booking when i was there and without delay was on my way. My return jouney i would like to thank the driver as he was most hospitible. I was travelling on my own and also in the minibus on my return journey.. He spoke to me all the way back to the park telling me of the overnight stays that they do at very reasonable prices.. I will use this company the next time i travel .. I have used others but this one was tops.. Thank you for starting and ending my holiday with NO headaches or worries.

Difficult to decide from all the on-line offers but finally decided from previous comments. Everything lived up to promise from the simple directions/maps; the easy check in and out; the 'immediate' transfers with friendly drivers who handled our baggage it all gave the impression of a caring and secure parking company. We will certainly use them next time.

Although we arrived at4-30 in the morning the drop off of the car and the transfer to the airport was done with the minimum of fuss. Like wise we landed at 00-30hrs, a quick free phone call to say we had passed through customs and a walk out of the airport and the transport seemed to be there.The car was waiting, even the windscreen seemed to have been cleaned and we were on our way. VERY efficient. Well Done.

I found parking at Cophall farm excellent. The staff were friendly, the pickup from the airport was particularly good. The mini bus was waiting for us at the designated bus stop and we were back to our car within 15 minutes of stepping back into the cold english weather. Security at the site seemed to be very good also. It was nice to know I could relax on holiday & not wonder what was happening to my car. I would definately use them again.

I know it wasn't me, but how can I prove anything? It could be the company or it could be someone else unloading their own car, but I know it wasnt there when I went away. I have used them before with no problems and I guess it could happen somewhere else anyway. Would I use them again...I have not yet decided, price will be a factor I guess.

Arrived at the carpark, cctv recognised car registration, resulting in entry through security barrier. Parking available right next to the reception. Quick and efficient booking in, with our luggage carried to the bus by the driver. Immediate transfer to the airport. Return journey was as quick and efficient as our arrival. Fantastic value for money - this was the cheapest available, and the service was excellent !! Will definately use this car park again and recommend it to friends

As above but the icing on the cake for us was that on finding we were missing a bag containing several items , including duty free cigarettes , we telephoned as we had already travelled too far en route for home to turn back . The receptionist was extremely helpful and said thet they would have a good look for us and if it was found they would forward to us . We really didn't expect to see it again.....but the following morning ,on phoning , we were told the bag had been found and would be posted forthwith ! How's that for honesty and service ?!

There was no child seat for our infant - on the way to the airport we were advised to keep her in the pushchair between two seats (we just held on tight to it) and on the way back we were told that was illegal and to sit the baby on our laps instead (which is also illegal!). Also the woman who collected us had a cigarette as we were loading up the minibus and the whole minibus reeked of cigarette smoke. Not very nice - especially when travelling with a baby.
