Only one niggle - whoever drove my car had carelessly (and I suspect unwittingly) left a ball-pen mark on the trim of the driver's door. I discovered this some time after leaving so did not wish to return. In any case I managed to remove the mark myself. Otherwise the service was excellent.

As we were late for our check in due to an accident on the m25 we thought we were going to miss our flight.Cophall farm parking sent someone to meet us at departures to take our car to the car park for us.This saved our holiday,so i would like to thank them for their good and polite service.

This was my first time of using Cophall Farm Parking, I found the service very quick to check in and check out, they were curteous and very prompt to collect us from the airport. Location to airport is very close. I will definitely us this company again and again and will highly recommend them.

we were impressed by the efficiency and courtesy of everyone at CFP in particular not having to wait to be dropped off and picked -up at the terminal. Especially when compared to the nightmare of check - in and security at Gatwick, parking with CFP went like a dream !

This was the first tiem I used this service, I was very pleased with it and it was excellent value for money and we will use the service again. On the return when we tried to get on the bus it was for anotehr party but managed to squueze in - so wait time was short but may have been longer had we had to wait for a returning bus.

Generally pleased with the service, particularly on the way out. On the way back we waited for 30 mins and the next day I found out that my numberplate had been damaged, which was a disappointment, as no one told me or owned up to it. I am yet to write to the company about this.

This was the BEST car parking experience we have ever had. Polite, efficient, helpful. Easy to find and only 10 mins to airport. Speedy delivery to terminal and speedy collection on return. Would recommend this to anyone and WILL CERTAINLY be using again! Cant thank them enough

Directions provided were good and we had no problem getting to Cophall Farm. We were transferred to the airport by minibus quickly and when we rang (freephone) to be picked up the driver arrived promptly. I would use this service again and would recommend it as being good value for money.

would def use again, frequent transfers and great friendly service, also help getting luggage on the minibus at both ends which is very useful when travelling with young children and disabled people unlike some of the onsite parking with the larger bus like transfers.

Our driver was friendly and chatty. Gave us a guided tour en route to the airport and remembered us when we got back. Car park area was in a pleasant and safe environment. It even has a pub next to the exit if you're desperate for a brew on your return! Will be using them again in two months. Highly recommend them.

These people are just organised. When you know you're going to have to fight your way through departures it's great that you don't have to worry about your car or getting to the airport on time, it just happens. Same story on the way back, one call to let them know I'd arrived (freefone 0800) and they promptly arrived to pick me up and delivered me to my car, ready to go. No fuss. No problems. I will defnitely use Cophall Farm Parking again. If only check in at Gatwick was this easy...

We were running terribly late for our flight and so were slightly taken aback at the time it took us to find the car park and the subsequent transfer time. That being said, the staff were terrific and efficient, and we will use the service again (but will allow ourselves slightly more time in the future!!)

Customer service at 4.30 am excellent, despite one BIG hitch as on our arrival staff had no knowledge of our booking and consequently were not expecting us.. Fortunately we had the computer print out of our booking confirming payment in full and all other details. Staff handled situation well, were quick and and courteous, but we may have had a problem had we not taken proof of booking and payment. This said we would certainly use Cophall again should we need to fly from Gatwick as all other aspects of customer service were great.

Easy to find, courteous staff early in the morning, giving me my travel docs which I nearly left on the sidebefore we left on the coach for the airport. Drivers were friendly and chatty,making the journey to the airport a great start/finish to our holiday. Well done to all at Cophall.

We just kept being told that they couldn t pick us up even though we had been stood there for ages. Each driver kept saying another coach was on its way...when we finally arrived back to the carpark we were told that they weren t sure what had happened but thought we had arrived at another terminal! I don't undertstand why the first driver, who didn't have us down on his paperwork to pick up, never told the office that we were there waiting....for that matter what about the subsequent drivers after that! We were just stood there like lemons! Sadly I won't be using Cophall again and will not be recommending it to anyone else.

Although Cophall Farm is a little further away from Gatwick than some other parking organisations, their speed and efficiency in dealing with the transfers more than compensated for this, and I would highly recommend them as excellent value for money.

Fantastic Car Park, found the car easly with the instructions provided, parked up and coach was ready to take us to north terminal no waiting around. On the way back from our holiday we arrived at 2am we thought we might be waiting around like other tranfers with tried in the past but no as soon as we collected our luggage we made the call and waited out side for a few minutes and the coach was there to take us to our car. We will definately be using Cophall parking again. Thanks very much

This was the first time that I had used this service and was very impressed with the whole setup. On arrival there was a minimum of admin. and waiting around. We were loaded onto a mini bus and at arrivals within twenty minutes of arriving at the car park. During the transit to the airport we were briefed very clearly with what to do and where to go on our return. I will definitely be using Cophall Farm Parking the next time I am flying out of Gatwick.

We arrived 30 mins before our appointed time but did not have to wait for either transfer or admin. The driver was polite and helped with all the bags. On return the tranfer was there in 5 mins and even warmed the car as it was an icy morning. I would not hesitate to recommend Cophall farm parking to anybody.

Overall we found the service to be affordable and reliable. The journey into the airport was fine although at the time we were travelling the roads were busy. Make sure you leave 30 minutes for booking in and transport to airport (not actually that long a time). We recommend this service and will use again.
