Generally first class service and we will certainly be using the company again. Just one tiny thing caused minor irritation - having been efficiently picked up on our return, we were kept waiting in the minibus while the driver spent several minutes indulging in a chinwag with a colleague from another firm. A speedier getaway would have been appreciated. However, I'm probably being totally intolerant and unfair!

As it stated when I booked, it took approx 30 mins from dropping off the car to getting to the airport. The return pick up was also there within 10 minutes although the transfer took slightly longer due to traffic. Overall, the value for money & service were good & I would certainly use again if flying from Gatwick. They delivered exactly what they promised, a hassle free parking service.

We would recommend Cophall Farm parking. It was very easy to find. The drop-off and subsequent transfer to the airport were both very quick and hassle-free. On our return, we 'phoned to request a pick up and a van arrived within 15 minutes. We were, however, slightly confused as to why there was a van at the pick-up point already that drove away as we approached it. Other than that it was a very positive experience.

Overall, the finely tuned system operated at Cophall Farm took the stress out of the final journey to and from the airport. From landing to driving off was less than 45 minutes due to this excellent service. We shall definitely be using Cophall Farm again. Many thanks to all the staff.

This was a straightforward and good operation. Not too crowded when we were there and efficient in terms of transfer. The driver was also friendly and helpful.

It was remarkably easy to park the car, go into reception and be greeted by a friendly member of staff. The clean loos were welcome after a long drive too. The mini bus driver very quickly got us to the terminal, showing just how conveniently located they are. On our return, although we had a bit of a wait, we had been told why. On the return to the car park the driver went out of his way to explain the short cut for us to get on our way home. Good old fashioned service. We will certainly use Cophall Farm Parking again. We were very happy. This is the first time we have done this in the UK. We are used to a good service in Houston, Texas which is their way of life. Certainly this is a great long term parking facility. Run very well indeed.

I've used just about all the off-airport car parks at Gatwick, and their staff are easily the most friendly and helpful. The distance of the car park from the airport is offset by the prompt transfer service. Thanks!

Excellent, friendly staff very efficient. On way to airport within 10mins. Picked up from airport immediately; didn't have to wait at all. Would definitely use them again.

We dropped passengers at the airport first then parked our cars. Next time I would take the car first and take the minibus provided to the terminal with our luggage and passengers, as the transport provided was excellent and ready to leave when we were. Upon our return we did not have to wait long at all for a minibus to take us from the airport to the car park. I would use them again.

Chose this company because of good reviews and delighted now to add my own. First class service from nice friendly people. As long as they don't increase prices I would use them every time.

Despite my telling them over the telephone the reg and type of my car, when I arrived to collect the car, I was given the wrong keys - I was asked to wait whilst my car was collected. No-one told me that it was ready for me to drive home. We also waited over 15 minutes for the coach to take us to car park to collect the car. No very good service!

A very good parking experience in every respect however we travelled out on a Sunday and back on a Bank Holiday Monday when traffic to and from the airport was light. I would imagine that at peak times our 15-20 minute journeys would be considerably longer.

this is the first time i have used cophill farm parking and i have to say the experience could not have been better. the staff were efficient, the check in and transfers were quick and hassle free and even when we missed our flight and had to extend our stay it was no problem. the car was ready when we arrived back so no waiting. i will always use you in the future.

Coming off at J10 means you don't get snarled up in the Gatwick traffic. The transfer by minibus was really quick and the driver very friendly. When we arrived back at Gatwick, I phoned through to Cophall and managed to catch a minibus already there. Overall a very smooth operation. We will definitely use Cophall Farm parking again.

Good directions made it easy to find. In less than five minutes of arriving we were on a minibus and on our way to the terminal. The staff are friendly and helpful. Upon our return the minibus was waiting at the terminal for us. Excellent service!

Initially, I was a bit apprenhensive but I found the directions they gave to the car park very precise and I certainly had value for money. I will certainly be using them again and I would recommend they without hestitation. Keep up the good work. Joyce Stewart

We found your service excellent. On arrival checkin and transfer out was very quick. On arriving back late at night, we phoned while we were awaiting our luggage and when we got out to the pick up point a coach was waiting for us. We would use this service again.

I have parked in most car parks and was a little trepidatious about Cophall but neednt have been. It was the best service from Gatwick I've had. The only down side was that I had to ait all of 10 minutes to be picked up - but the minibus left when I called and we were the only customers so they picked us up personally. The car was right in front of the reception when we left and the minubus left within minutes of us arriving. I'll not use anyone else when travelling from Gatwick! Cant say better than that.
