I was exceptionally impressed by the value for money, convenience and efficiency of the service provided as well as the friendliness of the staff. I would definitely consider using Copthall again and it compares much more favourably with other off-airport parking experinces I have had.

This is the first time we have had to use this type of service and we're glad that we choose Cophall Farm. The actual booking was so simple and the directions easy to follow. We were dealt with straight away, even with a smile at 6 am! Coming home we only had to wait about 10 minutes for the mini bus to pick us up at the terminal and again the staff were courteous and very efficient.

The carpark was easy to find using the directions provided. The receptions staff were most helpful and the drivers very cheerful and (insessantly)chatty. The pick-up on my return to LGW was very prompt with the car waiting for me ready to drive away. Happy to recommend.

I booked the night before online. Luckily for me the first site I went to would not let me book so late ... so discovered Cophall Park Farm. It was really easy to find and they escorted us to the desk and into the shuttle. No waiting! When we arrived back we called the number they gave us and when we came out of the airport there they were! We sailed right past all the folks waiting in line for the long stay and Summer discount parking (and we paid lots less)! Will be using Cophall every time now!

We were amazed at this service for the cost. We had no problems with transfers which were quick and easy and our car was waiting for us when we returned. Would strongly recommend this parking facility to anyone (and there's a pub across the road that does B&B if you wanted to stay the night before so that you're near the parking in the morning if you've got an early flight...)

Arrived at car park. Dealt with straight away by very courteous staff. Immediate transfer to airport. On our return we phoned to let them know of our arrival at the airport and by the time we arrived at the pick up point there was a bus there waiting for us. back at the car park they brought our car out for us and we were able to drive away immediately. Good security. Nice clean toilets. very friendly staff. A very pleasing experience. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again.

The car par was easy to find, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Transfer both to and from the airport were quick and efficient. Once we had cleared customs and rang them they picked us up within 10 minutes.Cophall Farm offer a first class and value for money service. I will use them again.

I would highly recommend this slightly smaller operation that can more than easily compete with the bigger MORE expensive competitors. slightly off the beaten track but the maps are fantastic! Transfers are very very fast and personal due to the smaller operation. Try it!!!!!

On way:- Arrived, parked car in convenient drop off area, checked in a reception and jumped on bus and set-off within 2mins. Took 10 mins to get to the airport. excellent! On way home:- landed, called car park after collecting bags, popped into M&S to get a pint of milk and by the time we got to the bus stop if was already there! 10 mins later and we were at the car park check out, got in car which was at the convenient pick-up zone and drove off. Excellent! best car park service i have ever used (apart from purple parking but that is 5 times the price!)

Found it straight away from the directions but overshot (my fault) and had to U turn at a rather nice pub a few yards up the road. Great friendly staff and away as soon as I was ready. Very quick pick up on my return (unlike some of the other off airport operators) again, friendly. I will use them again.

the price was excellent value. on arrival at Cophall, felt dubious as price was so good, however parked car up.handed keys in to reception and mini bus was already waiting. whole check-in process took only minuites. we arrived at Gatwick in about 15 mins. On our return phoned Cophall to collect us at designated bus stop.Waited about 10-15 mins for mini bus to take us back to car park. Our car was all ready and waiting and check out was again very quick and efficient.great service.

payment taken twice for the booking - but payment paid back when realised error. Then my booking was not on the system when arrived at Cophall. However no fuss made and staff got on with getting me to the airport. Pick up time wrong on the system but again staff dealt with it and sent minibus. Computer /admin glitch?

good service and especially i liked the transport, there was no hurry or the trouble of bundling into a bus. the minivans were comfortable and the drivers helpful. I feared that the place may be difficult to find but it was much easier than many other parkings that i had used. I would definitely use this place again and would recommend it over many other costlier places.

We arrived, checked in, had a cigarette, got on th e bus, took the scenic route so that our daughter could see the donkey sanctuary, discovered where the World Marble Championships are held, got off at the airport. We came back, telephoned, found the bus waiting outside, were driven back, picked up the keys, chatted to a couple heading off to Devon, lost the token, were let out by a staff member. Great.

the staff were efficient, pape work all done on arrival and we waited three mintues for the tranfer. The coach driver was polite and helpful - we had a lot of bags! coming back we used the prepaid number, answer straight away and waited five minutes for ocllection. AFter a very long trip this was really the ticket and i would definately use them again.

On our arrival a minibus was waiting to take us straight to the North Terminal departures. On our return a minibus collected us within 5 minutes of our call - it had just collected another couple from the South Terminal. We received excellent service from polite and friendly staff and were impressed with the service received.

I was a little sceptical of what kind of service we would receive as the cost of the parking was so low compared to other providers, however I was pleasantly surprised. We were checked in in seconds and a lovely gentelman carried our bags into the back of a mini bus for an immediate transfer to the airport. On our return the van was at the pick up point before we were, the driver was extremely helpful with local knowledge and directions back to the motorway. I would definitely use them again. One tip however, follow Cophall's directions from jct 10 of the M23, if your satnav tries taking you off at jct 6 IGNORE IT as you will end up down unmarked farm access roads and its much quicker from jct 10!!!

We were welcomed when we arrived and within minutes we were in the coach and on our way to the airport. On arrival we were dropped very close to the entrance. When we returned we were directed to the meeting point and got straight onto a coach and then back to the car park in excellent time.

had no problems what so ever, transfers very quick and easy to use and you dont have to share with any other people and the transfer service runs 24hr's a day,my car was waiting for me at the front with no problems at all. the place is easy to find with good directions and easy to find your way home even after a long day of traveling!!!

I have nothing bad to say about CFP. They did what was expected in a reasonable time frames and at a reasonable cost; £50 for two weeks. I would have like to have had the car cleaned and valeted, however I thought their charges far too high so declined the service!
