All in all very good, we sat around in the bus on departure with no explanation as to delay. Delay in pickup and was a bit disorganised - driver did not know who was first to call and therefore first on bus but on the whole very easy and will use again.

Great service from all staff, quick transfer to the terminal on the way out - this was great as we were cutting it fine! Really quick pick up on the way home, despite it being 2am. Booking was easy, as was making changes when our flight times changed. Will definitely be using again for any trips out of Gatwick in the future.

I thought the whole process was really smooth and that the drivers and reception staff were really nice. I had a flat tyre when we came back and the driver took my car off and sorted out the problem which i though was really nice of him. Great experience, will recommend and use you again.

I did not realise the phone call on my return was free so I put 50p in the call box. I then discovered the call to be free but the coin was securely lodged in the tight grip of BT and refused to come out. That seems to have been the one snag in the whole parking experience and was, of course, my fault.

Have used a few car parking facilities and this is great. Staff were really friendly, nice send off for holiday and also nice to have a cheerful person on return, especially in the early hours of the morning! Would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use next time we fly from Gatwick.

We pulled up, checked in and were immediately transferred to Gatwick in a van all to ourselves. On arrival we had to wait around 10 mins to be picked up, but I've used other services and that's not bad. Customer parking area was well lit, signed and paved.

Arrived after excellent directions ,greeted nicely,transferred promptly ,by pleasant friendly driver ,returned a week later my car was at the exit gate waiting for me ,would show some of the bigger named companies up Thankyou I will definately use you again

On arrival at north terminal two phone calls and a 30 minute wait was not appricated. The driver of our coach showed a very aggresive style of driving. He was in some sort of hurry with actions including tailgateing and speeding. Not a comfortable experience. On collection of my car it was in a very dirty state with mud spray all over one wing and the roof! Overall the cost was fair and the car was waiting on arrival at park. but with a 30min wait and a unplesent not to say in my opion a dangerous return journey ,not a good service.

Easy to book, clear directions of how to find them. We were taken immediately to airport when we arrived and were collected as promised within 10 minutes of ringing to announce we were back. Couldn,t fault them and would definately recommend them to friends and use them again.

I booked on line the process was simple, easy, efficient. I arrived in the pouring rain and the driver came running to help me get the bags out of the car and load them. The reception staff were friendly, quick and efficient and the transfer to and from the airport was swift, comfortable and seamless. All in all I will park here again and recommend Copenhall Farm Parking.

Easy, literally drop the car off and you're away, no fuss. Then, when you arrive back at the airport you call, they arrive in about 10 mins, then your car is ready and waiting for a quick departure. All very well run and efficient with friendly staff. Will use again.

We always use Cophall Farm Parking and have done so for many years. We have always found them to be friendly, efficient and courteous and also have great prices. The best thing is that you are never kept waiting; either to be taken to the airport or upon collection. The car park is easy to find and there are no Gatwick queues. A very personal service.

The directions are easy to follow which helps tremendously!! The transfer drivers we had were very friendly. On our return we telephoned Cophill and they asked the transfer driver to hold on for us so we didn't have to wait another half an hour or more for the next one. 5 Stars all round on a service which is excellent and which we will definetely use again!!!!

A minibus was waiting when we arrived at Cophall and the driver helped us unload our luggage and load in into the minibus. Similarly, when we arrived back after phoning for collection once we' collected our luggage a minibus was waiting outside for us when we got to the bus stop.

Absolutely fantastic service provided at Cophall Farm, no problems what so ever. The directions provided were clear and conscise, and easy enough for two women at 4.30am to find! The staff were efficient and friendly, and even though the car park is quite 'out in the sticks' we did not feel unsafe once. The pick up was quick and easy, and it was brilliant getting straight onto our minibus while all the people waiting for the bigger car park services were left stood in the rain. I thoroughly recommend Cophall Farm to eveyone!

Easy to follow directions got us to the car park where we were expected. Check-in was quick, bus driver was very helpful in lifting bags on and off, journey to airport fairly quick, 10 -15 mins. Pick-up was requested as we left customs and bus arrived 5-10 mins later, all in all a very straightforward, reasonably priced process. I'll be using them again.

Very nice, helpful and friendly team! As soon as we arrived, the driver of the minibus came to pick up the suitcases from the boot of our car! They are great as you do not have to wait for other people to come along to be driven to and back from the terminal - they do not mind carrying only 2 people and when you call them from the terminal they send directly a minibus to get you (10min). I really appreciated that company as I've had to wait sometimes 20min with other companies either in the bus waiting to leave or for the bus waiting for it to arrive. Thanks a lot for your service! I'll be sure to remember to use your company again next time! A very happy customer :-)

I thought the whole process from start to finish was very professional from the booking through to picking up our car after our holiday. All staff were courteous and pleasent, the facilities were clean and pleasing, and the transport was clean and modern. I will defiantly use this company again and recommend them to others

Couldnt have been easier, very friendly service. The minibus was ready to leave when we arrived at the car park and were extremely helpful in loading our bags. Upon arrival back in the UK whilst others were stood around in the rain waiting for their onward transport, our man was there waiting to help us load our cases. This is the next best thing to a chauffeur driven service and the people were very jolly. First class.

What a pleasant experience. Using the Cophill Farm Parking facility allowed us to relax and let the professionals get us to Gatwick and collect us from the airport with the minimum of fuss. I will definitely use Cophill Farm again. The service was fast and friendly - what more could you ask for?
